Um, exactly what kind of country is Molosia if the President himself is appearing in a webshow?zombiejoe said:It is a pretty funny thing, but by doing some reaserch, I learned that Molosia is a real place, and that the reviewers did really film in it. Infact, the President of Molosia actually was in the film, and played the part as the president, and the secritary of keeping order.
The President even talked about it on the Molosia website.
It's a micronation in Nevada by Reno. It basically is just a guy with land that is technically not part of the US.Internet Kraken said:No I haven't watched it and I don't intend to. Don't get me wrong, I love thatguywiththeglasses.com and all the people that contribute content to it. But they have done similar videos to this in the past, and I've never really been a fan of them. I'm not quite sure why, maybe they are just to surreal to me. Other people enjoy them though, so I really wouldn't call them bad. There just not something I enjoy.

Oh, good other people can't stand him as well. I agree with the rest of this list too.-Zen- said:It's a mixed bag. My points are as follows:
-Nostalgia Critic is consistently good, though his "theatrical" tone of voice in Part 3 was more annoying than anything else. So good that he stopped that.
-Nostalgia Chick plays Sarah Palin. Ooh, Sarah Palin jokes, how edgy and original.
-Spoony is fucking awesome.
-Film Brain is doing respectably.
-LordKat seems to be holding his own.
-8-Bit Mickey is surprisingly entertaining.
-Handsome Tom sucks as always.
-Phelous is excruciatingly unfunny as always.
-Chris (the interviewer with "Press" on his hat) was in dire need of my fist in his face.
-MarzGirl is pitiful as always.
-Benzaie does well, mostly.
-Brad is surprisingly good at acting (though his reaction to the Nostalgia Critic's admittance of purchasing the dynamite was not so well done).
-Angry Joe is so-so (I suppose I must rhyme some of the time).
-Ma-Ti didn't exclaim "Heart!" My feelings are hurt.
-Linkara could be worse.
-Paw is unremarkable and only semi-amusing.
Holy shit, I'm not alone. This is a rather pleasant occasion.Pat728 said:Oh, good other people can't stand him as well. I agree with the rest of this list too.
Are you quoting JewWarioDxz5roxg said:I like it. The only thing that could make it better would be if my stupid computer could play the video without lagging.

I am surprised that Baugh is allowed to get away with this. Don't get me wrong, Kickassia is awesome, and I am very happy to see Molasia playing along with it- Baugh and his family seem like nice people- but this nation can't possibly be recognized by the U.S.crudus said:I have seen through part 5 and it was very good so far. This also helps advertise the other reviewers like Lucara and Board James.

Let us ask Wikipedia (because that is the first link in google). Micronation: "sometimes also referred to as model countries and new country projects ? are entities that claim to be independent nations or states but which are unrecognized by world governments or major international organizations. These nations often exist only on paper, on the Internet, or in the minds of their creators."SuperMse said:I am surprised that Baugh is allowed to get away with this. So, assuming Molasia is a micronation (it is) it is not recognized by anyone, doubtfully so by other micronations.
tha...that was the first sentence.SuperMse said:Seriously, though, thanks for reading a little further into the wikipedia article than I did.
I am pretty sure they aren't going for great acting. They just want to tell a funny story which you can do that with horrible acting. I wouldn't condemn Kickassia because of terrible acting. Bad writing: yes, bad acting: no.Soylent Bacon said:It's pretty silly, with actors ranging from outright terrible to pretty funny, but it's entertaining. I was wondering if that was the real president of Molosia...

P.S. Fun fact: the Molossian currency is the Valora, it's basically a poker chip with a sticker on it. The exchange rate for one Valora is 1/3 of a tube of Pilsbury Cookie Dough.
