Say people could earn money by allowing themselves to be eaten upon their demise, would you eat some human flesh like any other meat? Also would you sign up to be eaten when you're dead?
People could specify which parts of them they allow to be eaten, nothing cruel. The human flesh would be up to the same standards as any other meat. However, there is possibility of human meat coming from other countries which could be either not to the same standards or gained by killing people. The possibility exists that there could be some cheap human flesh for sale but a week later you learn of a mass murder of unwanted children who were then sold as meat. You could be literally be eating babies. Signing up is fully changeable as long as you're alive or leave some statement stating you do/don't want to be eaten when you're dead.
Personally I wouldn't trust people or companies enough to not "accidentally" not listen to someone's change of mind. Also I'm not sure if it'd be economically feasibly to check for everything that people have put inside them but would still be skeptical of the source of the meat. I do eat meat but I believe humans are better than animals as shown by the visible potential we've shown, that's why I'd care how the meat is gained.
Also I wouldn't sign to be eaten for the reason that I don't know how I'd die and I might be mistakenly thought of as dead when I'm actually alive.
