Like I just posted in another one of these threads I loved it. I dont know why and I kinda feel dirty for liking it so damn much but the game was really immersive and I got hardcore into it. Firefight was extremely exciting too I dont remember the last time I jumped around my couch avoiding imaginary gunfire.

It could have been longer and there could have been a little more to it but overall what we got was a unique well put together game that worked well and had an interesting spin on things. I liked it.

I enjoyed the hell out of Firefight but I still kinda wish theyd fix that bug were only two people can play on 1 360...

I enjoyed it. I thought the campaign was the right length for the content it offered - any more and it would have been pointless padding. Firefight is great fun.
I feel I got my money's worth.

The only part I didnt like was friend-only multiplayer in Firefight...

But other then that, worth it

It's really a fantastic game, but I have two huge complaints:

First, why did they trim the screens for 2-player splitscreen for campaign and firefight? Each player had half the screen before, now a quarter of the screen is taken up by black trim.
It keeps the "aspect ratio" of each player's screen the same as a full-screen player... though I don't know the precise reason this is important, it was deemed a game balance issue to put players on split-screen on an even footing with full-screen players online in multiplayer.

Second, why doesn't firefight support 4-player split screen? 4 players can play, 4-player splitscreen was supported before (but not for campaign). Why the change?
Hardware limitations. All the Halo games have kept co-op to two players per console because of the extra objects the game has to track and display in campaign co-op. Multiplayer doesn't stress the box as much because of the lack of AI demands and the fewer objects on each level; but Campaign has many, many more objects to track and render. Doubling the load doesn't overmatch the console, but quadrupling it apparently does.

I wanted to pick two options, I enjoyed ODST immensely, but I'm also sick to death of any Halo related threads.

Okay, I'll forgive the second infraction, but just this once...

As for the second, I'm not really sure why they are suddenly concerned about balance in co-op games when they weren't for competitive ones. Multiplayer still fills the screen.
