Out of your choices I chose flood because it'd be the least devastating to the planet itself. Don't want to destroy the planet's resources when we kill off the inhabitants. That would be like killing the owners of a house we wish to rob by burning down the house.
my choice goes with a mixture of nuclear war and rabid farm animals... seriously... it's scary i do not want to go into more detail as it is almost too terrifying for me to think of even now...
I would use our species' war machine to drain the minerals from the very soil of the planet. I would then laugh from my observation dome as the pathetic creatures below me screamed in agony as their ribcages became more and more visible. The diseases would ensue and our superior alien race would then go down to Planet Earth, torture the remaining parasites until they cease to exist. Torture them in their torture. Imagine the feeling of despair they would have. Once the urchin-remnants of the human race were extinct, we would terraform the planet, and colonize it for our own purposes.
I think I need to tell a shrink about what I just typed.
release a toxin to create zombies but some would be immune and observe what happens to humanity, a psychological test of the human race after a while once the research into the human condition facing certain and inescapable death we would drop to the surface and save those who were worthy and intergrate them into our empire, of course psycho conditioning to treat the trauma would have to be employed, also the ones deemed unworthy would basically be the people who took advantage and killed and murdered and stole from other survivors they would need to take a pennance.

I'd beam down 'surprise' packages. Enough for every country in the world. Each would be a shiny (alien-looking) cube with a big red button on the top. On the box, written in the country's native language(s) would be the words: Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, PUSH THE RED BUTTON!
Then i'd sit back and watch the agony of curiosity take hold....
....Later that day. A countdown display would appear on every tv/pc/mobile phone in the world along with all the names and faces of the button pushers.
Words will appear when the timer hits zero, saying: We told you not to PUSH THE RED BUTTON. HA. HA. HA. So long humans. You're not special. The universe won't miss you.
Sit back. Enjoy the fireworks diplay.
