for the most part in regards to camping I agree, things I can't is spawn campers, can't do much in terms of strategy with them if you can move two inches before you lose your head. And the other reason, I like to rely on smoke grenades or phosphorus grenades to either conceal my presence, or burn them.LinkMcCloud said:

If every game followed the rules of Counter Strike by having campers killed after 20 seconds of staying in the same spot by the lightning of Zeus and knives that took 2 slow hits instead of one auto-lock long range hit and I can't forget having rounds where the game dosen't end untill every one is dead on either team or the objective is complete then the multiplayer wouldn't bother me in the slightest. Also is it too much to ask for any grenade/rocket launcher to be used agains more than one person, in my opinion I would rather go for 3 people with 1 grenade than 1 person with 1 rocket.
minimaps that display where everyone is, completely ruining the need for coordination, teamwork and opportunities for sneaky players like myself without investing in some stupid perk or gadget to give this ability. also quickscoping and autoaim, it puts more emphasis on skill rather that who can hit L and R the fastest. 
I find t-bagging to be annoying, but mostly just because of how stupid it is. I usually have people muted (I don't play shooters often. But when I do, it's Halo: Reach) so I don't have to deal with the egomaniacs or the screaming children. I personally don't like snipers, mainly because I'm not good using a sniper rifle and I'm not good at fighting against people who are using one.
That being said, I can't stand people who take the game too seriously. This mostly comes down to people who ***** about campers. Yeah, spawncamping is bad. But don't ***** about someone staying in place for 15 minutes and sniping. It's your own damn fault if you can't hit a stationary target, so stop calling them bitches or something for it. If it bothers you, go track them down. Anybody who has ever said something along the lines of "OMGWTFBBQ CAMPER!!!!11!!1!1" isn't nearly as good a player as they claim.

They then procede to brag about how they are so awesome at life, and how you all are Motherfucking-Jew-Ni**er-Fags-(insert slur here) who need to go hang themselves because you had the same number of deaths as you did kills. If you want to brag about your high KDR, GO ON TEAM DEATHMATCH! Even when they lose, they say "Well, these scrubs still don't have as high a KDR as me" I even once asked one of these asshats "Why not stay on Deathmatch?" the response I got was "It's easier to get a higher KD on Demolition, Sabotage and Domination."

-Mic Spammers. If there is no mute option, these guys are #1 on my most hated FPS player. And I don't mean the ones who play funny clips at certain time, or play songs AFTER the match is done. I mean to people who SING BADLY ALONG TO MUSIC I CAN'T STAND THE ENTIRE MATCH, ON LOOP! These people need to have their mics explode in their ears.
-(For BC2) People who take the driver's seat of a vehicle, and don't move. Or even worse, they ***** ad moan until they can get into the driver's seat, and drive the tank I spent so much time repairing from 1 to 100 health into the water.
-I respect campers and their tactic, but that doesn't mean I don't HATE them with every fiber of my being. Not snipers, because that's honestly the right way to snipe. I mean guys who wait in corners or windows and shoot once they see someone, and have mines protecting all means of getting to them.
-I don't mind 12-year-olds, as surprising as it is. As long as they keep quite. Maybe offer helpful advice. Once they start the trash talk, however... I'm not good with kids IRL. I'm angrier online when playing shooters. Simple math, really. I make it a personal goal to always be on the opposing team of that kid and hunt him down until he ragequits. Petty? Hell yeah, it is, but it's just so damn awesome.

Deaths by enemy using exploits, glitches and/or hacks is my answer.
Trash talking, whether by voice or by text, is my second most hated annoyance.
And I don't really mind campers. If you're smart, you can outsmart them.

I believe it refers to people using the supposedly overpowered grenade launcher in MW 2. I don't know if it deserves the reputation as I've never played the game.ffs-dontcare said:
No one else? Okay, I'll say it: realism. Also, the inability to move quickly along the Z-axis. I miss the Tribes days in which the sun always shone, puppies remained adorable and never shit on any floor, and the game could be played for hours on massive maps just practicing "skiing." Oh yes, there were annoyances like pricks who'd midair everyone (usually with hacked programs), but the thrill of flying through the air and firing explosive discs or lobbing a mortar right into the face of some lame camper was exhilarating. What annoys me most are people who cant stop whining about how they hate things about FPS multiplayer.
I'm so glad I stopped playing multiplayer games before everyone started using microphones. Apart from that, clearly nothing's changed in the past 10 years.
Since I have never had to deal with hackers (lucky me!), I would have to say when my bullets don't register. I prefer semi-auto weapons which for some reason game designers think it should take like 3-5 more shots to kill people. Especially if we in a shootout, hell I've almost given up on trying to kill people in shootouts with semi's anymore.
Nothing is more frustrating than running after someone emptying a magazine into them without them taking damage, then them turning around and making me swiss cheese while I reload.

The people in general, mainly campers but they're an easy fix in CoD style games with little health.
As for games where they have a ton of health (Halo) and a clan of 'Ub3R MlG PrOZzzz' backing them up (Halo again)? Ehhh...not so much.
I really dislike my teammates most of the time unless they are people I know.
When your getting more annoyed because of you team rather than the bad dudes you know somethings up. Still, not really the games fault.
