Well, I'm going to side with Descartes on this one. I am sure that I exist, since I think.

I am also sure that taking yourself too seriously is a terrible thing, and that everyone, myself included, is an idiot.

I am sure that people are not basically good, but neither are they inherently evil. They are just people, and it is what they do that makes them good or bad. And yes, I did get that from Blood Diamond.

I am sure of a lot of things, but I'm not going to go into detail. My life's philosophy really just boils down to one concept: "You know what? Fuck it. I'm going for it." I haven't had this outlook for very long, and it conflicts with the personality I've had for most of my life, so I still have trouble following it. Still, I'm convinced that it's the best way to go about living.

And that's what I'm sure of.

Even Descartes renounced the I think therefore I am argument before he died. It doesn't really make any sense. It assumes that all thinking things must exist which he doesn't define.

He also changed a lot of his ideals when he discovered that people may experience qualia differently (in stoner speak what if my green is your blue man).

Most modern ideas of philosophy dictate that I exist is a statement that doesn't need to be proven as it is self evident. Some argue you can never truly define I, but if you experience qualia and have conscious experiences it's impossible to argue those don't exist. So your left with the fact that something is experiencing crap which I for one assume is me.

Many philosophical ideals hold that knowing you exist in some form is all that can be known. True skepticism would posit even that is impossible to prove.

Are there any ways that you can think of that would make these things not true? I certainly can. Therefor, by the simple fact that that we can think of a situation (however absurd) when these things could not be true, they are not 100% possible. They can be 99% possible, they can be 99.9999999999% percent possible, but they can never be 100% possible.
