I'm surprised there is no motorola option. I'm using a Motorola Droid X. I love this thing.

HTC Desire Z - had to get it after being annoyed to hell with the Desire's on screen keyboard - the excellent keyboard of my HTC Touch Pro 2 (Rhodium) I had for eighteen month before that and the "pretty good effort" keyboard of the HTC Kaiser for eighteen month before the TP2 meant I was just spoilt by hardware keyboards - they're great for tapping out emails on the go, whether that's work or personal.

After a long run of windows mobile (had a HTC Prophet before the Kaiser) I had to switch to Android with MS dropping what was frankly finally a good mobile OS in WinMo6.5 to "Project copy apple" *cough* Windows Phone 7. Plus the gap between them dropping 6.5 and launching 7 meant there were no new handsets available at the time I wanted a new shiny shiny.

Funny you say that because after playing with iPhone & Android I found them much more similar then the new Windows 7 Phone OS.

The need for new shiny shiny is always a strong beast >_>

ZTE Blade (aka Orange SanFrancisco). A great smartphone from a company nobody will have heard of, they're gaining ground though due to how good value the Blade is.

Android is a brilliant mobile OS, vast number of very useful free aps as well.

An old LG phone, it's a flip phone so no fancy apps or nothing for me. Just calling and texting, that's all I really need on a phone (I'm too hard on them so I wouldn't want to break/ruin something expensive)

I had it for quite a while, no matter what i do to it it just wont die! I love the sound quality of this thing, after a little tempering with its drivers it plays even better, gonna switch for an android phone soon.

Old HTC Trinity with Windows mobile 6.1. I'm waiting to see how Android/WinMob7/iphone fare before upgrading.

At the moment it's pretty excellent for tinkering with different ROMs and geocaching software. Can't make skype or twitter work though :(

The original Motorola Droid. Great phone. My contract is up in Sept. and I'm debating if I want to get a new phone right away. I guess it depends on if there's any good 4G phones down here. We won't actually get 4G towers until sometime in 2013 but it would be nice to have a phone that will work on them as soon as they're operational.

HTC Wildfire

It's a good little phone for me, although I would prefer an iPhone...

The cheapest of the cheap. I once lost the charger cord, and it actually cost less to just buy a new phone than order a replacement.
