main reason i use firefox is the tabbed windows thing instead of more windows and that it shows transparent .png images. now i think most do that but now im use to firefox, no point changing.
Firefox. Because it annoys corporate assholes when I deprive them of revenue by using user-friendly add-ons that prevent wasting bandwidth on ads and scripting. It's like I'm pirating the Internet.
(except for the part about my ISP charging me if I go over 80GB of download a month, so those adservers are COSTING ME MONEY and they can go eat a dick.)
Note that the above does not apply to the Escapist because I paid them for a PubClub membership and you should too.
By far I use Firefox the most because of the add-ons, I use Explorer a bit when I need to check my taxes and the like(apparently the danish government thinks that there is only one browser). I've got Chrome installed to check it out, but I'm not sold on it yet. Ooh, and then I use Opera on my phone I like having choices.
Still use Firefox the most, good ad-ons and I'm use to by now for all my regular browsing. I still use Chrome fairly often as well, its still really clean and fast, the adblock on it isn't as good though because of when its executed.
Oh and I guess technically Safari once in a while on my Ipod touch.
Chrome on my laptop, but I've also got the IE9 beta for things Chrome can't do and the IE Tab Extension doesn't work with.
Opera on my useless 2000 machine because it's the best browser that still runs on Win2K (don't ask me why I have the computer, it's not mine, and it's never used).
Seeing no votes for internet explorer made me spontaneously laugh, not sure why.
I stayed true to IE for years.. IE6 that is. I gradually made the change to Firefox due to compatibility issues on sites with IE6. I still use IE (v8 64bit, no more Windows XP) for some quick secure things as FF opens all my tabs and takes a few seconds to be usable. I would never use IE for general web browsing.
Firefox. Would've possibly switched to Google Chrome, but they've got their head a little too far up their arse with the decision to force people onto tabbed browsing as it's 'so obviously superior' >.>
