Poll: What character will you be in borderland 2?

Totally going Axton.

I'm liking the look of his skill trees. The turrets seem beefier and more fun than the Scorpions from the first game. That and he has a focus on combat rifles: my preferred gun from the first game (I love the burst-fire rifles with zoom, could put a sniper rifle to shame).

An option to disable your characters one liners completely would be great.

Gods wouldn't it though? Roland, while my favorite, made me cringe every time he opened his gob.

At first I thought I'd be picking the gunzerker( the abilty to duel wield any wepon is just plain awesome) but the momment I saw the new assasin I knew that was the class I deffently wanted to play.

Hmm, I'm not entirely sure. I'm guessing I'm gonna pick Maya, since my brother is picking zer0 (Co-op all the way!) but we'll problaby decide more carefully when we got the game tho. You never know.

I'm gonna play them all eventually (though Zer0 will be totally last. I don't like playing snipers.) but I'm starting with Salvadore. Throwing tons of bullets around with a midget with a fauxhawk? How can you go wrong?

My two friends are playing the other two originals.

It's going to be so much fun!

Commando. I loved Roland in the first game, and now it has twice the turrets...

I might experience some of the gunserker as a secondary, as he seems like Brick with more guns.

I couldn't get into Lilith and Mordecai, so its likely I won't play much of their "sequels".

Probably will start out with the Commando, seeing as how I played Roland in the first game, but I really am interested in trying out the Mechromancer. Seems like it might be a fun class to play.

Having spent a majority of my time in the first game as Lilith and Mordecai in that order... I'm not planning on playing as Maya or Zer0 for starters.

Roland was the one I spent the least amount of time on, and I was planning on trying BL2's soldier counterpart class.

But... Apparently there's a dwarf involved in this game. And as always, I must be the dwarf.

So Salvadore it is.

The Machinist one gives me fond flash backs of Diablo 2's Necromancer.
I got almost a flawless on Baal thanks to my impenerachable wall of skeletons.

That or the soldier guy. I remember having to play as the soldier guy in Borderlands 1 because I needed a more balanced character and he was good with most guns.
I'm only turned off by him, because he looks like every action game character ever though

I'll be playing as Maya the Siren for my first Co-Op character (paired with Salvador the Gunzerker)

For my first solo character it'll probably be Axton the Commando.

I'll probably play as either Axton or Zer0 first then move on to Maya or Gaige.

Seriously, why advertise her then? Why release a game with someone missing? And what about those with Internet?

She is not even finished yet - I have seen her. She has two skills in the BFF tree (EDIT: And two in Ordered Chaos), Death-trap is not animated or textured and neither is she. The game however is finished.

For solo play, I want to go Assassin. I love stealth combat, and I especially love battles turned by strategy and sleight of hand. He also seems more geared towards solo play. For co-op with my friend though, Siren. He wants to go Gunzerker, and I saw how useful that stasis power was in team combat. As for the Mechromancer, I'll solo that when it comes out but I'm not going to wait that long just to play the game.

I'd do Mechromancer if she were out on release, but since she isn't, I'm going with either Axton or Zer0. Likely Zer0 because while I like Axton a bit more, Zer0 is the least popular character in my group of friends so the role is open.
