Poll: What class do you play in Team fortress 2?

Pretty much all of them but Spy, Scout, and Engie, and I tend to prefer Pyro, Soldier or Heavy. I go Medic when nobody else is and try to help but I'm such a shitty medic I might as well not even bother, and sometimes I attempt the Demoman.

I'm still new (what with the Free-To-Play thing now) but I seem to survive the longest and do the most for a team as Demoman. I'll also play Medic if one is needed, and that was the class I started out with to get the hang of things. Pyro's all right, too.

Kinda awful with anything else. Haven't had enough practice.

Spy, so long as i'm the only one on my team. A serverful of spies is counterproductive and the enemy starts preparing fou you, checking behind them and stuff. at that point - scout

When I'm free to choose, I tend to play Sniper or Pyro. Usually I play what my team needs though, which means either Demoman, Medic or Engineer. I can play any of the classes though, and I have fun with all of them.

I usually roll with the Pyro, Medic or Sniper, but I'll switch to whatever my team seems to be lacking if I'm good with it. I usually don't play the spy because I'm horrible with him, haha.

I play a subclass. Not a demoknight, not a demoman, but a demopan. I really just run around with a frying pan as a demoman, generally without a Chargin' Targe, and beat people to death while listening to the incredibly satisfying sound of pan-to-player collision.

Generally that, but occasionally I beat people with that piece of fish with the scout. It has that humiliating "Hit With Fish" thing where the deaths usually are. I really just don't enjoy using guns in that game.

Search for a custom map called Degroot Keep. I think it's right up your alley.

Anything, so long as it benefits the team, but I mostly play defense and the Pyro. Spawncamping the Blues with Sentries in Payload games is fun, though

SANDVICH! I love the heavy but I usually go sniper because it is a good support class.

Results confuse me because the playstats on steam show the soldier to be the most used class by far

Hence why the soldier items and hats and unusuals are more valuable in trading terms.

spy > engineer > pyro > medic

I prefer playing any of those four classes over all the others, also i play offensive engineer, with the mini sentry and all that.

I love how the vote is pretty even between spys and pyros,
but most of the posts say pyro...those are some good spies.

I click random every time I die. But the highest time I have on both Beta and Regular TF2 is Heavy. Usually because no one else is playing it and I feel Heavies are always needed. Except in Capture the Flag, maybe... But control points? Definately.

I play mainly as Medic, but I also do Engineer and Spy quite often. I have found that playing as a Medic can often be the deciding factor in many matches. A strategically placed ubercharge can completely obliterate a sentry nest or a block a strong push, not to mention the advantages of keeping your party overhealed. The Medic is seriously underrated, but is a lot of fun to play.

Heavy and Pyro

i enjoy being that One guy who kills everything in front of me.

And I love Fire and burning things so Pyro is a no brainer

I play a mix of every class, with the exception of:

Scout - Seem to be useless in fuller servers
Spy - I will play if there aren't more than 2 on the team, but too many people play it right now.
Sniper - Useless on offense, too many ruins the team, and I RARELY play it.
Pyro - Haven't played recently, but they seem useless to me.

The other 5 I will play depending on the team comp

I'm a dedicated Medic. I've only ever tested the other classes. Medic all the way. And I'm a fairly good one at that. I like to be the supporter. I've never been too good in a scrap.
