Waiting on the new Diablo season and so have decided to get into my backlog. Likely with work and social life, I have enough time for one, maybe two of these.

I have:
Dues Ex: Human Revolution.
Tomb Raider.
Battlemage: Lichdom.
Assasin's Creed: Black Flag.
Lost Planet 3.
Serious Sam: BFE.

And...have 'too many toys, not enough hands' syndrome. Ah, I almost miss the days when I could only afford one game every few months meaning I played it through, generally twice.

So: What would you play?

Note: I have only played Deus Ex, Black Flag, and Tomb Raider in your list

If you are expecting to be dropping the game when the new season of Diablo comes out in two weeks, I would not recommend Deus Ex and (depending on how much side stuff you like to do) Black Flag. Pending your work/social schedule obviously, Deus Ex can very easily take you more than two weeks to play through. Black Flag would be a bit better length-wise but if you like to do the side stuff, that can also break the two week mark.

With that in mind, I would go Tomb Raider. It's a very good (not great...but very good) game that would likely take you about ten hours or so to punch through.

EDIT: Here ya go, courtesy of howlongtobeat.com

Tomb Raider: 11.5 main story; 15 w/ sides
Deus Ex: 20.5 main story; 29 w/ sides
Battlemage: 25.5 main story; N/A w/ sides
Black Flag: 21.5 main story; 37.5 w/ sides
Lost Planet: 11 main story; 13.5 w/ sides
Serious Sam: 9.5 main story; 14.5 w/ sides

I'm sure your mileage will vary but this is a good indicator for you

If you can play Deus Ex: Human Revolution to play without your save data corrupting several hours in, I'd recommend it. Unfortunately the satisfaction of playing that game really diminishes if you have to do around 70% of the story again for no reason.

Tomb Raider won't last you two weeks unless you can only play games for like thirty minutes a day... or need to collect everything. I'd suggest Black Flag. The best Assassin's Creed game to date. Fun combat, amazing ship battles, and some fun exploration.

When you're a kid, you can usually only afford one game at a time, yet you have all the time in the world to play it. When you're an adult, you have the money but no time to play them. Sucks, don't it? My backlog honestly scares me. Especially when I factor in all those games I've gotten from PS+ but haven't even touched yet. Someone send help.

Anyway, from what you've listed, I've only played Black Flag and a little bit of Tomb Raider, but I would definitely go with Black Flag. Lots of fun to be had with the ship battles. I never ended up finishing the game, but I spent a lot of time just sailing around and even thought it's more of just a pirate game than an Assassin's Creed game, I found going after the collectibles on land and doing the more traditional assassin stuff very enjoyable as well. The main missions, on the other hand...eh. That's why I never finished the game, but I'll probably go back to it one of these days. For the record, I've also played AC II and III; loved II, could not stand III for more than a couple hours.

Out of the ones I've played, I would recommend them in this order:

Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Tomb Raider.
Battlemage: Lichdom.
Serious Sam: BFE.

I really enjoyed all of those games so you can't really make a bad choice.

Out of games you've mentioned I've played only Deus Ex:HR and Serious Sam, so I'll say it like this:
If you want great, old-school shooter with a lot of weapons, then go for Serious Sam, but if you want something slow, stealthy and with rather nice story, go for Deus Ex.

2 weeks? Play and finish them all. Only really ass creed with any length to it. Other than that they are 2 day games and AC could be done in 3-4 days if you hammer it. Lower the time if you play on anything below max difficulty

The only game on your list I haven't played is Battlemage. Of the remaining 4, It's a toss up between AC:Black Flag(because it's essentially PIRATES! with an AC attached) and SS:BFE(if you want to shoot things, because by god, you'll be shooting a lot of things, often in droves). DE:HR was fine, but when I played it the Boss fights were a massive pain in the ass(I've been told they're fixed now) and the final level is really disappointing(very linear and the ending is determined by pressing a button on a console). Tomb Raider is fine, I enjoyed it but I have no urge to replay it unlike Black Flag or Before First Encounter.

YOU DID NOT SPECIFY 2013!! Therefore I say Tomb Raider! The original! It might look outdated in screenshots, but the original Tomb Raider's still play well today.

Out of the options, Tomb Raider is likely the best game of that list. But it won't take you 2 weeks...
So, I would go with Black Flag.

Hmm, looks like I'll be going with Dues Ex, with Tomb Raider as a standby. I tried Battlemage and...ugh. Awesome until I got to a certain point where I realized that my loadout was crap and I wasn't going to get much further.
