I agree and I believe that the judge will most likely come to this conclusion. After all, he's just a kid and even though he knows what he's doing with all the touching of the girls he still needs to be educated about sexual harassment and treating girls with dignity and respect.Furburt said:

If he just moved on to try with another girl and kept the contact at a minimum then I don't think so.
