Poll: What do you use the Escapist for?

The accuracy of this poll is going to be a little off because:...

1) It's in a forum, so forum votes are heavily weighted, and
2) "Videos" and "Zero Punctuation" are 2 different choice, and ZP is obviously a video. You have to take into account that people that watch ZP and other videos who just voted "ZP", and the people who watch ZP and other videos and just voted "Videos"

Started because of ZP, then I took a look of the forums and stayed. Not particularly interesting, or original, but that's how it goes. The articles and some of the other videos are fairly good as well.

How about just talking. As pathetic as this might sound, the Escapist is basically my only social circle.

Yup, I skipped the whole myspace thing so When I turn on my computer I always come here. And out of the options all of them. I go through the entire site.

What do you use the Escapist Magazine for, because I know I use it for Zero Punctuation and the Forums.

First, your avatar rocks.
The Baldur's Gate series is my favourite RPG series ever, and (to me) unsurpassed by any other RPG out there.

Second, I came for ZP, originally, but eventually started watching Unforgotten Realms, and then joined the forums! Now I'm a member of the prestigious Holiday Council, and have met a ton of great people.

So I stay for UR, the forums, and the IRC.

It just goes to show: Some bandwagons are worth getting on.

I first came here for ZP, the Halo 3 one to be acurate. My cousin told me and my brother about it we watched we like. I saw an interesting forum, about cats I think, and I stayed, I also use the Escapist for other videos and I <3 the forums. My brother only comes here for ZP and Unskippable.

It started with ZP (suprising huh) but now reading in the forums and occasionally posting became also a nice way to pass some time.
