Well, if I do eat breakfast it's normally not the same as the last time I ate breakfast. Toast, Cereal, leftovers or whatever I have in the cupboard that can be cooked or prepared correctly. However, I always start my day with a cup of tea, a cigarette and the triple S ritual. The start of my day does not necessarily mean the start of the day, however.

I generally either have nothing, a cup of tea, 2 cups of tea, bacon eggs and beans and a cup or 2 of tea, or a pastie.

My favourite breakfast is scrambled egg on toast, but only when I cook it just the way I like it.

Otherwise, if I'm not very hungry I have a piece of fruit and some oj. If I am some yoghurt and muesli or an exceedingly unhealthy pastry of some sort.

Different every day

Being single, I have the awesome luxury of just doing whatever I want.
My breakfast is often 'dinner'.
It's my biggest meal of the day and I eat less and less as the day go on.
It's not uncommon for me to have Spaghetti, Lasagna, Chicken, Pizza, etc for breakfast.

I find that eating my meals 'backwards' leads to less hunger throughout the day.
I could accomplish the same thing by adjusting my service sizes but this is simply my preferred way to go about it.

I tend to have brunch more than breakfast, and then again it's a hotdog, sandwich or some noodles. Nothing special, just a light snack, really.

You don't have many options there. I usually eat fresh blackberries, lemon with water and either a banana or red grapes.

Thats why the option Other is on there. If you cant find the food you're eating for breakfast as an option, vote for that. I just put options for the most common foods that people eat. Obviously I cant put an option for every single thing, only 8 options max unfortunately.

Also guys. Do you ever eat stuff like canned food or canned tuna/sardines for breakfast?

Rice.

Rice, fish, soup, eggs and beans.
I would never think of not eating breakfast.

I also found that waiting proper breakfast prevents me from being desperate to go on a lunch break.

Weet-Bix! Usually with sultanas and the occasional sliced banana on top. If I'm not having that, it's probably Vegemite toast instead.

I have an early breakfast at about 6:30 a.m., since I wake up at 5:40 everyday (except Wednesdays and Thursdays).

For the past month I've been having two pieces of wheat toast, smeared with a tbsp. of peanut butter each and sprinkled with raisins. I'll have that with water or a small glass of milk or juice, depending on how I feel that day. It makes me feel great. If I don't have anything at all, I am fairly hungry by about mid-morning and I have a meal that's typically too big at lunch and then dinner is off course. I like my routines. >_>
I wish my meals were that consistent...<.<

I eat breakfast, like maybe once a month... and that's not really breakfast, seeing as how it's typically after being awake for a few days and I happen to be eating in the morning... and than it's usually the same thing that I've been eating for the past week... beans and rice of course... but I can't really complain... I only eat once a day if I'm lucky... having a square, or rather, triangular 3 meals a day would be nice... though I have been losing weight, from all this constantly starving thing...<.<

You include coffee, but not toast?! Where are you even from, sir...
Well, my answer is peanut butter on toast and a cup of tea.

Considering I work in the evenings I tend to have lunch for breakfast. Cheese toastie, sausage roll, a bag of crisps and on cold days like today sometimes a cup-a-soup too. Nom nom nom. That reminds me...

Seeing as I'm not usually awake in the morning, I guess nothing. But in the first few hours of waking up it's usually a sandwich, filled with whatever I feel like.

This morning though I had a full English breakfast. The breakfast of champions.

It just so happens I was eating breakfast when I opened this thread, though that was a few hours ago now. Egg whites on whole wheat toast with a banana, tea, and water.

eating coffe is experience i do not want to have.

Its usually variuos types of sandwitch, pankakes or cerial. sometimes something else but rarely, and thats usualyl leftovers. I drink tea, because coffee sucks.

People who dont eat breakfast, there is easeir ways to suicide than severe digestive disfunction, please use those less painful methods and save us all the trouble and money of taking care of your stupidity.

Usually a bowl of cereal, 1-2 slices of toast and a cup of tea.

Weekends maybe just toast or a yogurt.
