In the winter, I wear a t-shirt and sweatpants, in the summer, a t-shirt and basketball shorts. A lot of people find it weird because I am a girl, but I really don't care. It's comfortable. I think the last time I wore pyjamas I was about 10 years old.

"Natural" in the summer, and a t-shirt and socks in the winter.

Underwear mostly if I'm not sleeping in my own home.

EDIT: Wait, why am I sharing this on the Internet?

Nothing. It's very comfortable and it means you can regulate your temperature better.

EDIT: If you've never slept nude before I would suggest you try it for a night or two.

I can't stand the thought of my wang touching my bedsheet...i have to cover it up. Plus it's cold in the morning. I don't want to wake up with my balls in my stomach do i?

Usually just underwear, but since I moved in with my host family I started to wear PJs.. I would REALLY HATE for them to walk in on me +____+

Ha! You obviously haven't lived up in northern BC then. I live Smithers - four hours west of Prince George. It's a winter wonderland outside.
No, you're right. I live on the southern end of Vancouver Island, just north of Victoria (aka "Lotus Land") :D

Nothing but my good old undies.

...and sometimes pajamas if it gets too cold. But that rarely happens.

It depends on how hot it is.

If it's really cold then I'll have a t-shirt, PJ bottoms, boxers and socks on. And if it's really hot, I'll wear nothing. Add/remove layers as necessary, typically I have PJ bottoms on only though.

There's just no beating a pajamas. Partially because it can get pretty cold during the winter, but mostly for the feeling of sitting down for a nice breakfast in a flannel pajamas and a morning robe, who said mornings can't be nice? :)

Boxers, plus a t-shirt if it's freezing. Freezing being literal since I live in Scotland, anything above 10 degrees Celsius is warm. It's never usually hot enough to warrant sleeping naked and plus I usually feel weird sleeping naked. Sort of like the bed goblins will see me exposed. Fucking bed goblins.
