Poll: What does PETA do, really? or at least now.

I mean, I look up stuff about PETA and they're all about trying to rescue and save cute (and ONLY the cute) animals from cruelty and 'Unethical Treatment' I guess. They're supposed to save animals and well... well, do something productive for their cause.

But all I'm seeing is this stuff..

I just wondered that it seems like PETA kind of focuses more on getting hot women to pose naked for the cause of protecting animals... and they're kind of losing on the whole.. saving animals front.

This is no PETA sold out post... it's just I really have no idea what the people behind PETA's goal is.

I'm sure their heart is in the right place. I'm all for animal care. It just seems their main priority is to be noticed and to make a scene rather than to do the work they claim to strive for.

PETA's methods are usually ineffective, and garner more hate than support. As for their nude advertisements... I'm guessing they've put out more of those than the number of animals they've saved in the last year.

Peta, sea shepherds, the people's republic of green peace etc. Are nothing more then over reactive hippies. The people that support them, don't really put effort into what they really do.

Peta= Hypocrites who support terrorism, and they kinda sound like nazis.
SS= Hypocrites pirates, who attack the Japanese for breaking international law, when they do too.
Green peace= Not really Hypocrites they just fool people like peta into supporting a communist agenda, which is the reason one of the co-founders of Green peace left his organization.

I love my planet, I love the environment, but am I the only person who does research on what truly help and hurts it. You know what surprises me why hasn't Gore and Newkerk teamed up to form the Eco Super Team? They could have like fucking wonder twin powers.

Is it just me or does the danity kane picture look more CG than real?

OT they are still trying to get their point across, (that animals bring used during mass production processes are being treated badly), but when they throw wild statements around (stuff like the killing the attack dogs in WAW), they lose credibility, so they pay celebrities to come in and restore some, although celebrities are like mercenaries for causes, sold to the highest bidder, so it doesn't really work. Never the less they try.
