Aside from a couple of the games listed, I'm looking forward to HAWX 2; the existence of the HAWX franchise brings the number of franchises in its (niche) genre from 0 to 1. Until Namco Bandai takes the Ace Combat series up again.
The biggest, most highly anticipated game of the year, which was conspicuously missing from your list: Gran Turismo 5.

Goddamn I love BC2, when I saw that little Vietnam teaser I nerdgasmed all over.
As for complete games, probably Mafia 2 with Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood being either a close second or a shared first place. If WoW: Cataclysm is slated for this year too (though I doubt it) that's a contender as well.
Also looking forward to Black Ops, purely for it's campaign, MoH for it's interesting looking multi-player and Fallout: New Vegas.
Probably some others too but my memory is kinda shitty. Top on the list would be Mafia 2 though. I like 30's gangsters, oh yes I dooooo... Even more so than sexy Renaissance Italian assassins.
I could see that Dead Space really tried so bravely, so hard and so well really; fantastic lighting effects, top-notch sound effects, you name it. But sadly I just wasn't scared. At all. Not even remotely creeped out. Must be the over powered weapons and always playing music right before a monster pops up.
It's like Dead Space doesn't want me to be scared. Such a shame really. Valiant attempt though.

Wow I can't believe I don't plan to buy any of those games. If I don't happen to buy Wii titles this year (Donkey Kong, Zelda and Metroid... 150 bucks I don't care to spend) then I think the only new title I will be buying before Q2 is BlazBlue: Continuum Shift. 2011 has a crap ton of games I want though
