OMG! Fantasy RPG'S! To hell with them! It's always some permutation of medieval England or Tolkien's backyard made by developers without a lick of imagination! Do something new!! Hell even The Wither despite being European is set in a world closer to the Dark Ages of Germany & Scandinavia. It's dirty and grungy unlike the other Disney esque RPG's.

Let's have a fantasy RPG set in a made up world or inspired by Africa or Asia or South America and they would feature the appropriate monsters of folklore and such. The environments would be similar as well. I want to fight demonic Jaguar's in a magical rain forest and have have a gauntlet fight up a Mayan temple until the final boss battle against the Mayan sun god.

Do something different. Have it be set in New York except Griffons, Dragons, Necromancers and such exist beneath the public eye, Hellboy: The RPG! Or have it be running errands for various mythological gods trying to find a niche in the modern world while competing against modern gods like the God Of Marketing. Neil Gaiman's American Gods: The RPG!

Also, if you put Dragons in your game... let me become one or let me ride one!

Make less COD clones and have a game about a regular everyday guy trying to save his family while they were captured by organ thieves while vacationing in Hong Kong. Have it be a cover based shooter but the plot, setting and characters would be interesting.

Let's have a Thief inspired game in which you play as a woman who can turn into a cat.

Now, I voted Motion Sensor games but I'm going to clarify that here...

I'm sick of SHITTY motion sensor games. I don't know if it's the medium, developers can't figure it out, or if you really can't have a "true" game with motion sensor but it feels like we have a handful of good games drowning in a sea of mini games and shit.

Double clarify...I'll just go ahead and say Shitty games. Every one of your items up there can be good if done right.
One good motion sensor game I've found is Power-Up Heroes. I'm unsure if anyone else likes it, but I enjoyed it. It was basically a fighting game involving super-heroes. Fairly interesting in my honest opinion.

I'm tired of the FPS games to be honest. I mean I've played a handful that I liked. Monday Night Combat is one, Transformers WFC is another, Gotham City Imposters is a third and Blacklight is the last. I play all of these still today and I enjoy them equally.

MNC Delivered with combining Third Person Shooters with DOTA or MOBA styled gameplay. WFC added the transformation mechanic which provided some very interesting combat situations, and is being expanded on in the upcoming sequel. Gotham City Imposters is actually very interesting in how an experienced player may have more stuff than a newbie, but a newbie isn't held back because the best weapon is at the end of the leveling path. They can get it from the very start, and I like that. It also has gadgets that make combat interesting, like double jump or the grappling hook or my favorite, the roller skates.

Lastly, Blacklight just added just very simple aspects to make itself differ. Weapon customization to help expand on playstyles, the ability to see where everyone is at the map provides tactical options. And if you can manage to get into one, when planting or defusing bombs you have a small "minigame" which is interesting.

I have a deep hatred towards motion control games. The controls barely work and if I wanted to play a bunch of mini games over and over I'd play Mario Party. I want to sit on my ass and play my video games dammit.

I would love to dump boiling acid all over the overload of games made for kids, TV shows, and movies. Those need to die a slow lonely death.
