I voted Half-Life 3 cause we need a new source engine and FAST! Make it DirectX 10 only so everyone will finally leave that god awful OS that is XP.

Yeah definately agreed. I am looking forward to Portal 2, but I have been pining for Episode 3 for a long time.

I never liked Left4Dead though, and if they announce Left4Dead3 next I will have to begin the killings...

Still waiting on more Half Life. I'm also hoping to see a new Counter Strike sometime in the future.

Isn't the new Counter Strike in the Beta testing phase, so you've got your wish I believe.

Episode 3 is probably going to be the major response, I think.

You are correct!, although Valve made Left4Dead as a test on new AI which will be incorporated into Source, Portal was a test for itself.

I'm guessing everything Valve are making now is a testing platform for EP3, expect a solid experience.

After finishing Half Life 2 Episode 3, they should try something new. I have no idea what Valve's going to do next, being the unpredictable game developer they are, but I'm sure they're going to release that DLC and webcomic for Left 4 Dead.
Valve's always stuck with First Person Shooters, I wonder if they should try another kind of game for a change, like a strategy game or third person shooter.

Its more of an overhaul than an update that I was talking about.
