I listen to the breakfast shows so I don't kill myself at work. Admittedly I prefer listening to the DJ's than the music itself.Spinozaad said:Who even listens to radio anymore?
Actually I do have to listen to the radio at work. The radio I have to listen to (because it's my bosses favourite) is KISS FM. They play the same 10-12 songs again and again for months on end. Moves like Jagger is one of those songs. I get him back by putting on the Bollywood radio station every chance I get though.Spinozaad said:People jumping on pathetic hatebandwagons, all the while feeding the "abomination" they so desperately loath.
Technology has evolved to the point that you don't have to listen to music you hate, if you don't want to. Dislike what's on the radio? Pffft, the 90's want you back, man. Who even listens to radio anymore?
This was my issue at my last job. Hence why I hate Moves like Jagger. lolChairman Miaow said:Actually I do have to listen to the radio at work. I don't know why you're expecting to be flamed, most people hate Avenged Sevenfold. I actually quite like them, but hey.DugMachine said:I kind of like Moves like Jagger... Not a fan of Nickelback but I don't get all the hate they get. There are WORSE bands out there, trust me.
edit: example, Avenged Sevenfold *flameshield on*
People don't make a big deal, they talk about it like they talk about pretty much everything. Talking about isn't 'making a big deal'. People are actually aware that the world will not implode, but we like complaining, it's what we do (at least, it is here in Britain).Buretsu said:The most detrimental thing to human society and evolution are the people who make such a big deal about music. Seriously, who cares? Music wasn't objectively 'better' back then. Everybody who says "Oh, kids today listen to such crap!"? Yeah, your parents said the exact same thing about the musical groups you revere. And their parents before them.
Fixed! ^_^Shuguard said:Pretty sure the most detrimental thing to human society and evolution are humans... but i'll go with all of the above... i mean justin beiber. why is there no all of the above?!?
