Nikki Minaj is what's most detrimental (to humans) in the music industry. That and Pitbull/Lil' Wayne.
Seriously, I've seen children want to look like 'Minaj for Halloween because it's an excuse to "look PRETTY!" -.- grrrr

Technology has evolved to the point that you don't have to listen to music you hate, if you don't want to. Dislike what's on the radio? Pffft, the 90's want you back, man. Who even listens to radio anymore?

Actually I do have to listen to the radio at work. The radio I have to listen to (because it's my bosses favourite) is KISS FM. They play the same 10-12 songs again and again for months on end. Moves like Jagger is one of those songs. I get him back by putting on the Bollywood radio station every chance I get though.

I don't know why you're expecting to be flamed, most people hate Avenged Sevenfold. I actually quite like them, but hey.

The most detrimental thing to human society and evolution are the people who make such a big deal about music. Seriously, who cares? Music wasn't objectively 'better' back then. Everybody who says "Oh, kids today listen to such crap!"? Yeah, your parents said the exact same thing about the musical groups you revere. And their parents before them.

People don't make a big deal, they talk about it like they talk about pretty much everything. Talking about isn't 'making a big deal'. People are actually aware that the world will not implode, but we like complaining, it's what we do (at least, it is here in Britain).

Personally, I believe that the existence of Bring Me The Horizon will end all life as we know it.

Strange, I actually really like "Moves like Jagger", I didn't know that song was cool to hate now.

Since you ask though, I'd have to go with Nikki Minaj, cause I think she is an untalented "stupid hoe", and also Justin Beiber, mainly because of his annoying fans.
