Poll: What is pie?

When I hear pie, I think of meat pie, specifically steak pie. I absolutely adore steak pie.
However, I could also eat a good blueberry or banana pie.

I prefer my pies of the meaty variety. Here's one that will blow your mind, is Cottage Pie a real pie? It hasn't got any pastry. If it counts as a pie then it's my favourite pie if not then Steak and Kidney.

OT: All pie is good pie, despite what some people want you to believe. I mean, what would you rather believe, that only one part of a meal can be pie, or several parts of a meal? I say the only option is the one where the main course, the side dish and the dessert are all pie!!!

Pie for me is a pie, no meat. Some pies I would eat would have to be, Banana Cream Pie, Lemon Pie, Apple Pie, Cheese Cake Pie, etc., I don't like meat pies at all.

I grew up with the sweet pies (specifically pumpkin [the best pie, especially with whip cream on top] and pecan), but I can't, in all honestly, say that meat pies are bad. Or any pies. Can't we all just pie along?

We have designated wordz that accurately distinguish "meat pie" and "fruit pie".
