Poll: What is the gender ratio in your class?[FIXED]

On my last course it was 2 girls. They eventually moved to a different college campus (The course was a University course but it was administered at a college (there is a consortium of them) and University.

This is out of about 20 or so people. In the first year.

When I was at school, in my drama class we started with 15, with 5 lads and 10 lasses, then 5 lads and 1 lass left, so we had 3 boys and 6 girls.

It was obviously not math class ; )

I'm studying physics at uni and it's 4 girls to 16 guys or so. Pretty high ratio I think considering the type of subject.

You don't have to stay in the monastery, dudes. The English class across the hall has at least 2/3 women, all of whom are required to participate in class discussions. At my university they had a separate "not for English majors" track where you didn't have to write a 20-page paper on Virginia Woolf, to boot.

my history class has about 16% girls and my carpentry class has two girls.

my entire semester is a sausage fest of epic proportions. at least I have friends in those classes

interestingly enough in my AP English class there are 5 guys (myself included) and 20 girls, as opposed to my AP Computer Science class which has...just me

Depends on my class, but many are 50+ I'd say.

My college class varies slightly depending on the subject on the course, but on average it's probably about 80% female.

I'm not currently attending a university so I'll have to remember my high school class. If you're talking about the entire class then it was something like 2:3 female to male. It was usually about the same in individual classes aside from a few outliers like weightlifting and advanced conditioning.

Depends on which class because some of my classes, are almost completely girls while otherws are literally all men...

Liberal arts college, so it's rare that I'm in a room with more guys than girls.

And personally I'm something of an extreme example since all my close friends here are girls and I even live with one.

Sucks man. Id say its damn near even in my school. Im gonna have a graduating class of about 350 people. Lets hear it for public school!
