nobody hates MLP after watching an episode. they hate themselves for loving it.

OT:Everyone hates twilight. from explosion junkies to JRPG fanatics, everyone hates that damn book/movie series.

Anyone who isn't "normal". Cunningly, people hide their prejudice on this site by starting their statement with "It's just my opinion, but..."

On the surface, this site is very open minded. But start actually digging a bit deeper, and you'll find deep based prejudice. And thats against homosexuals, bisexuals, transexuals, furries, macrophiles, etc etc

Other than that, the [sub]never[/sub]Right-wing, the US (could be considered the same thing), Sony, Bioware, Fanboys (aka, being a fan), Religion (or just Christianity if people are cowards and don't want to offend), pirates (yarr!), Geohotz etc etc.

I could go on, but I have coursework to write. Ooh, and coursework! We all hate that!

Id like to say there is nothing stopping from anyone making vampires all gothic and evil again.

OK, OK, but it created stereotypes. There are too many people who go, "Ugh, Vampires?" at the mention of them. I had managed to convince a friend to start a series and he was really getting into it, but as soon as Vampires came into play, he dropped it flat. Pissed me the hell off.

Vampires were never that amazing anyway.....

Maybe he was of the same opinion.

He mentioned sparkles and Edward, but yeah, yeah, opinions may vary, I get that. I personally still like 'em, but again, that's me.

The most popular thing to hate is THE VERY FACE OF GOD.

MLP: I don't see the appeal myself but I guess it's well made, for little girls and stoners. Seems to be less idiotic than Spongebob at least.

Spongebob actually got kind of awesome after the movie came out. Drymon and Greenblatt and them started throwing out the craziest shit they could think of, because the movie was supposed to be the end of it, but the execs wanted to keep milking their cash cow.

Also, it may go some way towards explaining the appeal of the new My Little Pony if you realize that Lauren Faust, the creative director, hated the old cartoons.

Sony: I don't buy into the hate. Blame the hackers/anon, not their victim.

I think the Sony hate is more that they handled the situation badly, than that they got hacked.

this place has REALLY put me off Halo. though i've never played one, every time one comes out this place is littered with threads about it. i know it's popular and people want to talk about it but there were times when 4 of the 6 threads on the main page were Halo related. then after a few weeks someone else makes the same threads that were done at the start. i tend to stay away from here now when a Halo game comes out

I was gonna say Call of Duty. I don't play them, but I don't hate on them either. There are a lot of haters here, though. The people who enjoy them tend to be more reasonable, though.

My Little Pony is far more loved than hated, or so it seems. It was just more confusing than anything when it started to get popular here. Haven't watched it, but I really don't see any need to criticize people for enjoying such harmless things. That goes for Twilight as well. Just...let it be, people.
