I heard about that, I think it was "banned" though, just dont get caught is what I always say.APPCRASH said:The Challenger2 does have an amazing armament. 8km is a pretty good distance, but you might want to read up on your tank manual before using that as your primary selling point. The round that goes 8km is your standard HE(High Explosive) round. For tank to tank fighting you need to actually pierce the hull. The challenger isn't capable of firing an AP round that distance. Thats why I gave the Abram a vote. Also it can turn its main cannon into a giant fucking shotgun.
Nope. Laws of War state "It is to be condemned only when it wounds, or does not kill immediately, in such a way as to produce suffering that has no reasonable relation to the killing or placing the man out of action for an effective period." The canister round fires 3/8inch tungsten balls. It is highly unlikely you would survive taking one of those.Wardog13 said:I heard about that, I think it was "banned" though, just dont get caught is what I always say.APPCRASH said:The Challenger2 does have an amazing armament. 8km is a pretty good distance, but you might want to read up on your tank manual before using that as your primary selling point. Agreed, I mean, you can't get more nationalistic than that, having a tank in wich you can have your afternoon tea. The Challenger 2 it is!Jamash said:Like every British tank since the Centurion, Challenger 2 contains a boiling vessel (BV) also known as a kettle or "bivvie" for water which can be used to brew tea, produce other hot beverages and heat "boil-in-the-bag" meals contained in ration packs.
