A toss up between Batman TAS and Justice League Unlimited.

I love the DCAU as a whole and how it was one big storyline, ex. Superman getting controlled by Darkseid on his respective show had repercussions in Justice League such as the creation of Cademus.

BTAS. No contest. While Batman Beyond had good action, it lacked memorable villains. Ones that were memorable was taken from the old show anyway. Justice League was seriously grating with its patriorical BS at some episodes. I get that you are trying to teach kids something about unity. But showing American flag in every episode is really redundant when you have a supposed amazon dressed in red, blue and stars.

Anyway BTAS it is. Despite joker's occasional racism. But hey he is Joker.

Having just finished watching Justice League on Netflix, I have to cast my vote there. Although to be fair, I haven't seen all of Static Shock or even heard of The Zeta Project.

Seriously, Justice League had some of the most ridiculously cool set-ups of all time.

Like that one.

And let's not forget the episode where a cursed zombie gangster from the 1930s teams up with an alien bird-woman to save Atlantis from Cthulu.

Let me just repeat that: The Justice League had an episode where a cursed zombie gangster from the 1930s teamed up with an alien bird woman to save Atlantis from Cthulu.

And you really can't beat that.

Batman: The Animated Series for me. I'm a fan of art deco and 1940's fashion, and this show had it in spades. It even had the classic mobsters as minor villains/cannon fodder, complete with fedora hats and Tommy guns. Admittedly, the retro visuals are a bit hard to reconcile at times with subsequent DCAU shows that feature more futuristic aesthetics and technology.

By the same token, I liked how the show was grounded in reality more. Personally, I feel Batman is at his best working alone in Gotham fighting rogues with ambitions no greater than wreaking havoc on the city. Most of my least favorite episodes were when some super powered villain showed up or that pretentious dickhead Ras' Al Ghul showed his ugly mug. Leave the world-ending threats to Superman, thank you very much.

Still, Batman: TAS represents the quintessential Batman experience for me.

Batman Beyond was also an awesome show. I applaud the creators for not phoning it in just because the concept for the show began as an excuse to sell toys. Terry McGinnis is a likeable kid and a worthy successor to Bruce Wayne. I also appreciate how they utilized the futuristic setting to tell new stories and situations rather than rehash old material all the time.

Then why go out of the way to make reference to it at all?
Because "A" Teen Titans team existed in this continuity & they needed a simple excuse for why Robin wasn't in this story. It was a throw away comment, nothing more.

It's obvious that they planned a crossover between the two series and the shows just never made it long enough for the cross overs to actually happen.
Again, no: There was never any such plan, ever. Accept with grace the fact that you are wrong, don't try to make this about your Ego. Teen Titans GO & the DCAU are seperate entities, with no overlap: Any belief to the contrary you held is inaccurate.
Here's a word from the writer of the Static Shock cartoon about the episode "A League of Their Own":

?I remember Alan Burnett was in the planning stages of a Teen Titans crossover and the concern was voiced that the Static episode would air before Teen Titans premiered. Someone from the studio asked how we felt about doing Justice League instead and I guess it's obvious how we responded. I'd still like to see Static meet the Titans someday, though. [As it currently stands], it's a large-scale story worthy of the Justice League, but it's fundamentally a Static Shock story. It will feel like two episodes of Static Shock with cool guest stars.
The episode was originally planned as a Teen Titans crossover, which is why the Teen Titans were mentioned in the previous crossover episode "Hard as Nails," it was a teaser. They changed it to a Justice League episode because of timing issues, but the Teen Titans were originally planned for it.

Now then, accept the fact that YOU are wrong.

But you're forgetting the severe continuity issues that would bring. The Robin in Teen Titans is Dick Grayson, and at the point in time when Static Shock aired, Dick Grayson was Nightwing. How would he magically get younger? Static Shock takes place about the same time as Justice League, which at that point DICK GRAYSON IS NIGHTWING.

Edit: Just Because Teen Titans was going to be planned for an episode and was scrapped due to timing, that doesn't mean they take place in the same continuity. They didn't want people to be confused whether or not Teen Titans takes place in the same timeline. Which if you follow the DCAU, it doesn't at all.

Grew up on B:TAS, so that. Great film noir animation style, great story lines. Best Batman (Conroy)/Joker (Hamill).

But, why no mention of Young Justice?
YJ is its own seperated universe than the DCAU

I'll go with Justice League (not Unlimited, I prefer the smaller cast). All of these shows are awesome, especially the Batman ones. But the JL shows made many different characters work really well. I'd say better than most of the stuff you can read in the comics. Overall, I liked the continuity they created.
It's a shame WB animation doesn't do that anymore. Instead, their best DC-related shows since the Bruce Timm era got cancelled... Well, maybe the upcoming Batman series will be decent.

Grew up with Batman TAS, but I also REALLY liked JL... It seems like most people are in agreement on this.

JLU, easy.

1: Most kickass opening them of the whole bunch.

2: It's about a FUCKING ARMY of superheroes.

3: Heavy focus on the awesomeness of Green Arrow, Question, Huntress, etc.

4: CADMUS and the Legion of Doom.

EDIT: I'd also like it to be noted that the only one I grew up with was Static Shock, but I still strongly prefer JLU. You see, this is what we call NOT being blinded by nostalgia, it's a concept some of you may want to look up.

Especially considering that episode was a giant homage to a Marvel team, the Defenders: which included Dr. Strange, Namor, the Hulk, and Angel (in JLU episode they were represented by Dr. Fate, Aquaman, Grundy, and Hawkgirl, respectively).
