You guys have probably been in this poll before, but what the hell, lets do it again!

My vote would go towards PC (Steam FTW) but would you guys think. Let the fanboy 'baiting begin!
Ok, firstly:
Welcome to the Escapist! I hope you enjoy your stay with us.
Please ignore the bodies of the Zynga voters under the stairs and Doug, the troll outside. There are some things you may want to look [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/9.116827] at [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.112832] before you continue to post. Have fun!

Oh wait, sorry Doug. Thought you were someone else.

Anyway, we don't like these favouritism, versus threads round here, especially not console wars. And doubly so for repeated threads. And "fanboy baiting"? Yea, that's a definate No. Please read the rules I linked above and think about what you did wrong before starting another thread. You're also probably going to get some abuse for starting a thread as your first post, lots of people have a thing about that. Though you are doing pretty well on the good grammar side of things, as opposed to so many others.

And to contribute to this: PC. I prefer mouse & keyboard.
I'd just like to know, how long does it take you to come up with these?

OT: I like PC and Xbox 360, Mainly because all of my friends have Xbox 360's and I like to keep in touch with them. And playing TF2 on the PC is legendary.

Being able to rage and go watch porn without doing anything but a mouse click is pretty nice.

I do have to say, though, that a good romp with a 360 and friends is always a close second. It really comes down to almost a day-to-day system.

I love my handheld systems. The DS has an excellent library, and if you have an older DS, it has backwards compatibility with the GBA, which has a large, excellent library of games. The PSP is no slouch, either.

Well the basic welcome is typed up on notepad and I just copy & paste it. Anything additional is just added onto it in the Reply box.

I don't know, it sort of evolved over time. It started off with linking the guidelines and the rest built up around it. The bodies under the stairs and Doug came after one severely derailed thread and the Escapist logo was the latest addition.

Ah.
Anyway, before I get us both shouted at for Derailing, let us go back to the conversation on hand.

I don't own a console, but even if I did the PC will remain in my heart.

Too bad that nowadays everyone seems to value and and praise the consoles and make games exclusively for them, which is rather sucky being a PC gamer. We have to wait a few years to expect a proper title to come out, even with that there is a chance that it will not deliver.

The prices of games as well are cheaper for the PC.You have an easy job changing pieces of your hardware if anything breaks or burns, not wait weeks to send your console back to the supplier to repair it.

*for hardcore gamers* I want to see you play 15h+ on a console without burning it,that is not an issue for PC.I play 17h a day and never overheats.

My 2 cents.
