Norway, where the winters are cold and the summers are shitty.
Fun fact: We have two main official languages, both of which we have to learn in school. 'New-Norwegian' and 'Booktongue'. They're practically the same language, with only a few distionctions between them, but we still have to learn both. It sucks balls.

I'm sort of confused by the options you've included in the poll. I mean, I understand the options should include stuff like the UK and US, but Netherlands, New Zealand and Belgium? Don't those belong under the 'other' option?

We do not!

I'm assuming the Netherlands got included as a counterweight to New Zealand, both for being at the exact opposite end of the planet and for having "Old" Zealand as one of our provinces.
No idea what Belgium is doing on there though ;)

Damn you, now I won't feel as special anymore!
OT: I'm also in Finland, pretty south, 80 kilometres more north than east of the capital, in a small town of Hollola (go ahead, try to pronounce it), but I was born a lot more northwest in a larger city of Seinäjoki.
Yes, I always give very detailed answers to these types of questions.
I mean, you asked.

Australia. Born in Melbourne, live in Brisbane now.
AKA two major cities in Australia which Americans somehow never pronounce correctly.
So, for my American friends, I was born in Melbern and now live in Brisbayne.

Glorious Yorkshire! But I suppose United Kingdom will suffice.

Sean Bean comes and executes you if you don't put Glorious in front of it.

Why put up a poll for something like this?
Well, I'm from Sweden.

Also, welcome to the Escapist. Use the search function before creating new threads.
