well, as i don't have a 360, i don't really have a reputation at all

uhm...don't mean to be rude, but then you really didn't contribute to the topic in any way...so why post?

OT: Ugh...I'd rather not think about that. I'm currently sitting on 3 stars with a helluva lot of positive mostly coming from friends, the negative all being along the lines of "You suck at life because you use ---"

for some reason, over 60% avoid me, and over 40% say it's because I quit early. But this is bull! The ONLY time I ever quit, is when I am in a party on gears, and the host gets bridged and quits my party leader out of the game, then we quit early.

Also, one of my mates is ranked about 3500 in the world on gears, and he has a load of negative rep for "not knowing how to play the game".

The rep system has the makings of a good system, but it has been too exploited, and is broken. Therefore, i rarely pay attention to it any more.

60% approve and 40% dislike me, my internet was bad for a while and I would get dropped playing Guitar Hero online so that's probably where it came from.

How do you check that?

Click your xbox middle button while on the menus or something then go right to profile> check rep. If I remember correctly

I just checked and obviously 100% of people I ever played with "avoid" me now...WTF?!? Since when am I so terrible? I say that all has to do with MW and MW2...

I really don't understand how the rating system works. I have 50% avoided and 100% unsporting. What I don't understand is that I only had an account for 2 months and I only played Halo on Lone Wolves during that time. What the hell?

Last I checked I was 90% avoided so apparently I'm the definition of evil. I use it only for people I really like/hate.

as for me I havent been playing online enouph and so I have five stars but my avoids fall into three catagorys:Unsporting(When someone insults me before the match I get revenge),too good(I was put in a mach with a bunch of kids and trounced them),leaving early?(I never leave early because...well I dont,the guy who put this on was a blatent sore-loser and probably just said it for no reason)

Everyone is innocent until proven guilty imo. Once proven guilty of being a prick, I avoid him.

Sometimes when a game keeps putting me in the same lobby again and again I get so frustrated that I avoid everyone in the lobby just so I can join a different one (misuse of the system, huzzah. It's not like anyone really cares about rep).

I file a lot more complaints that "avoids", because the only thing that really pisses me off is cheaters. Besides that I don't give a monkey's about any of it.

Apparently 75% of people avoid with 66% saying I leave early. Which I never do.
Also 33% say I'm unsporting. I don't really understand this one, does that mean I'm too good?

I just looked at mine and i'm 47% avoided, with 33% of those players claiming the reason was trash talking.

The fact I never use my headset and only send messages to my friends makes it all rather suspicious.

I usually give feedback on players who have given me a good game and i've enjoyed playing with them, either that or if they are utter cn uts and cheats and then they get avoided and if they are really exploiting something reported.

Yeah, the feedback system is garbage. You'll see people who boost and whole lobbies will report them regularly, but they have five stars. I give positive to my friends or when a unicorn appears and says something civil between MW2 matches. I give negative to boosters and people with modded consoles, but it all feels pretty pointless.

Apparently, 30% of people avoided me. Equally for being 'disruptive', 'unsporting' and 'quitting early'. The odd thing is that I hardly ever quit early, and I got the unsporting rating before starting to abuse the imbalances of MW2. I won't even try to say I'm not disruptive. If things are going well, I'm feeding everyone tactical information, but if things go poorly, it's just a blue streak.

Hm, I checked around a week ago.
It was somewhere around 45% avoid...
Something about being aggresive and disruptive... Which is funny because I usually don't use my mic when I'm online, and when I am using it I'm in a party...
All of my friends have preferred me (to my knowledge), so I guess some people just don't like me.
I'm not an amazing player, but I do have the occasional lucky game...

It seems 34% of people avoid me... And I've been labled 100% Unsporting... Which is odd, I only ever play TBOGT free roam... How do you be unsporting in free roam? Its not like I'm going for the helicopters and blowing up the other ones like some people do...

You guys do know its broken right? It only tells you the percentage of the people that HAVE given you feedback, not everyone you have played with. If it did that, all of us would probably have like a 1% avoid rate.
