Also, I'd like to address an issue that kind of pisses me off. I don't mean to offend, but whenever I see someone who says that they're "nonsexual" or what have you, it just bugs me. It seems to me like an excuse used by people who can't find a relationship. I can't get a girlfriend, but at least I'm not kidding myself.

Hello, I'm the Nonsexual that seems to have pissed you off.
Can't get a relationship? Not at all, I have had a relationship, boring, and I've had at least one other person chasing after me since then.
Know why I am Nonsexual?
Because I have no sexual interest/attraction to anyone.
So don't lower me to the level of someone trying to pretend to be something because I can't get a relationship, just because you can't and you want one. I don't need one.

Straight Male. Thought about it once, cause I never really tried to date, but in the end I came to know my sexuality better than most straight males where I live. I joke about it often though. Asexuals can be emotionally and romantically attracted to people, they just don't much care for sex. My maternal grandma is an asexual.

I'm glad people are open to this, it's quite interesting.
I hardly know people with a different orientation other that straight. I know three bisexual females and that's it.

Female - Demisexual Heterosexual...basically, it means I don't experience primary attraction, which pretty much covers the physical appearance and such. Essentially, I am attracted to a person that I share a strong emotional connection to, or whom I recognize admirable qualities in.

It is hard to think as something you are not. So I have difficulty trying to imagine what people with sexual attraction think/feel.
Although I do find it rather useful :3 I joke about it with people, mainly on IRC. As I said, I feel no sexual attraction. I can still get in relationships, and I am still capable of what everyone else does (Physically. Well, I can't have children either, but that is an added bonus). Just because I won't, doesn't mean I can't.
Oh, I'm sure there are some people out there who call themselves Nonsexual/Asexual for the reason you stated, but not as many as there are just people who are truly Nonsexual, or one of the degree in the Grey-A spectrum.

Male, straight in the sense I'd much rather 'lay' with a woman than 'lay' with a bloke, but I try avoid any human interaction in my day to day life so I don't really get attracted to anybody. I like being alone.
