I don't know, but I once had a Raven or Crow land on my head at college, while I was outside smoking by the bike-sheds.
It just landed on my head, then hopped onto my shoulder, looking at me with piercing blue eyes. It was really calm and didn't act like a bird at all, it didn't fly off, not even when I walked through the busy college buildings with it on my shoulder like a pirate (after about half an hour I though it might be injured and unable to fly, so I went inside to ask some of the staff what I should do).
All in all, it must have stayed on my head and shoulders for about an hour, not squawking, shitting or being a nuisance, until it eventually flew off. The most striking think about it was it's blue eyes, which seemed to look right into me and betray some kind of intelligence and sentience you wouldn't expect from a bird, it seemed like it knew me or had chosen me for some unknown reason.
Judging by that amazing experience, I'd say that if I had a spirit animal, it would be a Raven or a Crow, whatever that bird was.
