I don't restrict myself to just one genre, just to the songs/groups I like.

I really enjoy Rammstein, but also enjoy Bob Marley and Audioslave. I love Drum&Bass but also really enjoy pop songs. I can listen to 90's music and, thanks to Fallout 3, to 50's music.

Classical all the way. Although I like Jazz and can get into some pop and rock and even metal (but not screamo) and techno can be good too. I can't stand urban music and I despise the current music trend but then I'm the kind of person who thinks music should always have meaning otherwise it's just noise. That doesn't mean I don't like noise, I have noted a few songs which hold no real meaning but urban has always been the kind of noise I just can't stand.

Thanks! I do like Chaikovsky (Mozart's pretty good too, though neither really compares to Bach - partly since I'm a fan of pipe organs), but the problem is more that Youtube only seems to have about two bits of music from each composer. Often split up, too.
On the contrary, there is absolutely loads of classical music on youtube; it's just the less popular pieces are slightly harder to find if you don't know what you're looking for. A good way I find new pieces is by constantly clicking on related videos; then after a while, keep checking recommended for you.
If you're sticking to popular composers, then there is probably most if not all of their pieces on there.

I mostly listen to 'alternative rock', whatever the hell that means, as well as stuff that would probably get me slapped for being a smug hipster. Some examples:

Punch Brothers
Elbow
Ramona Falls
Augie March
Josh Pyke
Maximo Park
The Hush Sound
The Decemberists
Florence & The Machine
White Rabbits

Don't mind me some jazz, either.

I'm a metalhead through and through :D

I listen to other stuff as well, but metal's what i'm really into:

Power, black, speed, folk, death, prog etc. All kinds

But i don't really like metalcore stuff like parkway drive, whitechapel - that kind of stuff, i find it lacks any variety whatsoever.

I would say mainly electronic/techno. The specific artists I like range from Tiesto to Ratatat to Daft Punk to Dagobert, and anything in between.

Metalhead here, listen to all kinds. ...except for things that end in core. Apart from Bring Me The Horizon, metalcore is despicable. Other than that I'll listen to anything. Some of my favourites:
Fear Factory
Iron Maiden
Porcupine Tree
Carcass
Mastodon
High On Fire
Not exactly consistent.
I also adore atmospheric dark folk and classical music, and electronic/shoegazey soundscape sort of things. I like a bit of hippity-hop at times, Public Enemy and Cypress Hill mostly. I am sorta elitist, mostly when it comes to what I consider metal or not, but, meh.

Since I chose Other, I listen to Dance (House) music like Daft Punk, Paul Van Dyk, Armand Van Helden etc. Just because I like dance doesn't mean I like techno or trance (maybe one of two if its catchy) and hence I like "House" music.
I also like Jpop like Hikaru Utada, Ayumi Hamasaki, FLOW and etc.
However these day, I am out of touch with dance music but I tend to listen to Anime and games soundtracks a lot more.

I like to have a wide variety in tastes when it comes to music. I like music as rock, some kinds of pop, techno, video game music, the occasional heavy metal, jazz, and more.

However, there are kinds of music I will not stand, such as country or rap. Except maybe a few exceptions such as the Beastie Boys.

A lot of rock, like the Beatles, Zeppelin, etc. A little metal, like Ozzy. Various classical genres like Mozart, Bach, Rimsky-Korsakov, etc. Some jazz too, like Glenn Miller and Coltrane.

I'll listen to pretty much anything... but I've never got into Dance/dupstep etc. My favourite genres are Punk, Ska, Metal (I've never bothered with the miriad of subgenres here), Rock and some Nerdcore Rap.
Punk - Rancid (and all the offshoot bands), Gallows, Sex Pistols, The Clash, Dead Kennedys.
Ska - Reel Big Fish, Aquabats, Streetlight Manifesto, Tim Armstrong.
Metal - Between the Buried and Me, Bleeding Through, early Cannibal Corpse, Bring Me The Horizon.
Nerdcore - MC Lars, Kabuto the Python, MC Frontalot.
