Jesus Christ, if anybody plays Pop music at any funeral I go to, I'll be disappointed.

Personally, I'd play Orchestral. It just fits the mood/me well.

As for the song, it'd take some thought, though Snake Eater from MGS3 comes immediately to mind, for some reason.

Sadly, my family, nor any friends I have had, practice this 'playing music at a funeral' thing.

Even if they did, it would be up to the immediate family to pick any music. They are the ones left to deal with all the arrangements anyways, since I'd be dead and all. I'd want what they want.

You could just arrange your own funeral in advance so that you have control over such things. I've considered several options including making my funeral an '80s disco and having a 'Silly Hats Required' rule because traditional funerals are just too depressing.

I've come to like a lot of electronic music but I'm going with something more classic... rock and roll. Specifically Back in Black and similarly good songs-- I see some people going with Queen and that sounds pretty good to me.
