It'd be Uncharted 3, but Capcom did too good of a job hyping up Ultimate MvC3, so I vote for that. Though they have Phoenix Wright in it, so that's kinda cheating.
I'll probably get both eventually, but it's UMvC3's release date that can't get here quick enough for me.

Skyward Sword is the one I'm anticipating most. Yeah, I know it's nearly taboo to like Nintendo around here, but screw that. I love what I love.

After that, I'm looking forward to Assassin's Creed: Revelations, Skyrim, the Metal Gear Solid Collection, and Uncharted 3.
