Windows 7, 64 bit. Came with the computer and considering I had Vista before I am very happy with it.

Windows XP SP3 Pro, custom themed, 32-bit, only computer.
I had Sabayon a while back but never really used it. Same goes for Ubuntu. They were both horribly outdated, anyway.

Most of the time I use Windows 7-64bit and for some programs I use Linux (e.g. IRAF)

My gaming PC is currently running Windows XP, it's yet to fail me or ruin a gaming experience, unlike my soundcard...

64-bit XP on the primary desktop, 32-bit XP on the primary laptop, Windows 2000 on the ancient tiny laptop. Linux on a second desktop.

I used to hate XP, but it grew on me after I got a job and had to use it every day. I figured out how to fix the things that annoyed me about it. I used to have a Vista laptop, even used it for a few months before I sold it to a friend to partially pay for a new laptop, which also had Vista (64 this time). I hated Vista though and replaced it with XP as soon as I got it.

I also tried Windows 7 on my laptop and desktop and wasn't impressed (no real benefit and much more annoying), and went back to XP. I intend to try Windows 8.

Basically XP is just what works for me.

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate on my desktop for PC gaming and general use.
Windows 7 Home Premium on the netbook.
Ubuntu for programming at uni and on a virtual machine (VirtualBox) on my Win7 desktop for when I do uni work at home.
Linux Mint on another VM for when I feel like using Linux at home for some sort of reason apart from programming.
Android on the phone.
Windows 2000 (once in the past few weeks), Windows XP, Windows 7 Professional, Ubuntu, ESXi and FreeNAS at work. I work as an IT assistant part time so I am often working on two or three machines at once as I clean them up/install stuff/manage the IT assets/move files around the server.

Had a play around with the Windows 8 Developer Preview the other day.

The plan for sometime next year when I upgrade my gaming desktop is to use the replaced parts as an ESXi VM server that can have Ubuntu or Linux Mint for programming; another undecided Linux build so I can try hosting a Diaspora Pod and have my Minecraft Server going 24/7; Linux Mint again for general use so I can keep my gaming desktop clean; FreeNAS for data storage, backups and torrents; maybe Windows Home Server.
I would like to have Win7 on there as well as a multiboot with ESXi but I don't think that will be possible. I will have it there somewhere so I can use the machine as a second game box if I need to.
