Anyway, on topic, I'd go for telekinesis myself. Especially when you consider that with it, you wouldn't need any of the others that could be considered to be used for offence, and you wouldn't need flight since by using telekinesis on yourself you could fly anyway (after all, it is, literally, the power to manipulate kinetic energy).

I'm taking this from the realistic point of view. Flying, strength, speed and electricity would all end up killing you without other powers to go along with them. Speed enough to fly may end up tearing you apart, strength without fortified bones would break them or simply tear the muscles away, simple friction would ruin super speed (imagine the chafing), and electricity would burn your hands to crisps every time. So I went with breathing underwater, yes it's lame but more of the world is covered with water than dry land and who knows what's hidden just beneath the surface?
Invisibility is best, provided it also hides the stuff the user is carrying, like it usually does in stories. This power has to potential to make the superhero very rich and influential.
In many settings telekinesis let's the user lift heavy objects, but almost never allows user levitation. Usually concentration on the object is required aswell, so it's not invulnerability.
Superheros with telekineses are also very good, but that's nothing that couldn't also be done with cranes, trucks, etc.

well for starers if u have telekinises then well u could move yourself and hence make flying a worthless power.
also same thing with strengh.
and couldnt u make an air bubble around urself so it automatically can match 3 other powers easily lol.
couldnt u mentally move fire around aswell so thats 4
and move urself really fast thats 5
so cant use x-ray but thats a poor power and cant go invisible but im so powerful i dont need to.
