Atheism is lack of belief in god. The only thing atheists have in common is that they don't believe in any god. Atheism is as much a religion as not believing in a tooth fairy is. People who call it religion either are ignorant or try to puth all atheist in one group and than bash all of them for the actions of few militant atheists.
Also atheism isn't the same thing as agnosticism, so they should really be separate on the poll.

I know it is not the same, I didn't think I would have enough options at the time and it just too late to change it now.

Your analogy is horribly flawed. Believing in the toothfairy is not a religion. I still think Athiesm properly describes your religious 'stance' or standing, or whatever you want to call it. If that puts your panties in a bunch then I'm sorry to do that to you, but you must admit that if someone asked you your religion, telling them you're an athiest would answer that question...

No, if someone asked me what was my religion, I would say that I am not a part of any.
I would say that I'm an atheist if someone asked me if I believed in a god.
While I agree that atheism is a position on the existence of a supreme being, a religion it is not.

I was an atheist at some point. Right now, I don't really care, I just don't associate myself with any religious group because I can't see the sense in believing in or debating the existence of that which cannot be proven. I take a few interesting parts of my worldview from Scott Adams' God's Debris at http://images.ucomics.com/images/pdfs/sadams/godsdebris.pdf and live comfortably knowing my worldview makes about as much sense as the next guy's and it fits together a lot nicer than his.

I don't want flaming, or religion based arguments. I just curious what religion(or lack thereof) the escapist community is. I will add more based on peoples suggestions.

Atheist/Agnostic is not a valid category. You should split it into 3 different categories:

1) Atheist, don't believe in the existence of God, nor use the concept of God
2) Deist, don't believe in the existence of God, but uses the concept of "God" when it is convenient to do so, e.g. "In God we trust" or "God does not play dice"

3) Agnostic, not sure about the existence of God.

I consider myself areligious. This is different from atheist or agnostic in that an atheist believes there is no god, and agnostic is uncertain whether there is or not. I do not thing the question of god's existence is even worth considering. Might as well wonder if there's any squeedunk in the woolawawoos while you're at it. It makes just as much sense to me.
