In life everybody has a role that they play, be it the leader and hero of the group or the smart-ass realist that brings everyone back to earth with crushing realism. So what roles do you play? Multiple roles are always cool too.

I play the support (giving advice and helping when you need it the most), the nice guy, and for my particular group of friends the Not So Token Black Guy.

The grouch. That grumpy guy who walks a fine line between loving and hating his comrades. Think, idunno, Dr. Cox, Francis, the Soldier from TF2, something like those. Out of those votes, probably the leader. The reluctant leader. That would only make me grouchier.

How can you be the chick without being female? How's that even a role?

The Chick ? A peacekeeping role to balance out the other members aggression, bringing them to a nice or at least manageable medium. The Chick is often considered the heart of the group. Not always female, but the role is usually taken by the Token Girl (hence the name). Sometimes referred to as "the useless girl".
