I would LOVE to see a sequel to Klonoa 2, it was such a great game, it needs a sequel.

Mass Effect 3, Dragon Age II, Batman: Arkham City and Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, in roughly that order. Bioshock Infinite looks good too, as does Portal 2.
