get xbox complete revoultion live and stuff's pretty cool
how is xbox a revolution? they havnt bought a single new idea to the table.
ps3 does everything xbox can do and better, plus it does loads more
I think the "complete revolution live" is the name of a marketing package, and not a demand of y8c616 that the XBox 360 is a revolution.

It really is a difficult choice if you aren't much into gaming. Though it does seem odd to me that you haven't put PS3 in the poll, a bit pricey I suppose.

One question though, of what use would that projector be to you? I also back the get a better PC advice. I wish my computer was better so I could get some of the games coming out on PC. It really is the ultimate multimedia device.

Um I was looking at the projector as A) a bigger screen (60inches) and to make my PS2 more accessible.

You can build a projector for very cheap using an old LCD monitor and some LED's. It will be a higher resolution and wont become stupidly hot either. Look it up. I still wouldn't use a projector though, simply for your eyes.

I still vote a PC.

alot of your numbers are off. new nanos range from 150 to 200, guitar hero is cheaper than that, etc. what country do you live in that you pay so high prices? but in short buy a 360, preferable a new elite, because when the system isn't dying on you you will not have a better time anywhere else.

it is awesome
I know
Dude, I see you're excited but you're going to get reported for stuff like this (I haven't).

I have a PSP. I can't play it for any length of time, I get crap in my right hand. The X button is so awkward to reach and hold. I mainly use it to watch films.

I'm not really an intense gamer, I have a 4 year old laptop and a PS2 which I quite like but I have some money burning a hole in my pocket and guitar hero 4 looks pretty promising. My issue is why should I buy a full instrument set for an 'old' technology when I can buy a next-gen console (xbox 360) for about the same price (gotta love christmas specials)

The other things I have been looking at are above, if I don't chose to get a new console, I currently have a 3rd gen Ipod nano 4GB but there's the attraction of the PSP's MP3 capabilities.

I currently have a gameboy advance that I am quietly enjoying when I have nothing better to do, But I am by no means a nintendo fanboy

Your thoughts?
Why no PS3? It seems to be in your price range. It also has a Bluray player.

I'd probably go for the PSP for it's versatility. LocoRocco and Katamari. Both sweet drop in, drop out games.

and the internet capabilities did nothing for you? Cause that puts it ahead in my book as I have WLAN at home
Then the iPod touch is 100x better in the same field. The PSP one is clunky. The iPod one is um not so clunky :D
