(warning: thread may contain sexual stuff)i think i just opened up a portal to hell, because i think its sucks to be a man more than it sucks to be a woman. LET THE BATTLE BEGIN.
us dudes have to deal with terrible , TERRIBLE stuff. stuff like sitting on your balls, getting exited with jeans on, having a free tent in the morning and trying to hide it from your family, and so on. i know a lot of you will start saying women have to give birth to a child, and i realize you have to carry it around for 9 months and not drink alcohol and caffeine, and then there's giving birth. BUT DON'T YOU GET SOMETHING GOOD OUT OF IT? you get a child of your own, someone to love and that will love you in return, to slowly raise and be proud of. and some of you might be thinking: but when the baby is born the women has to handle the baby crying and change diapers and so, and so, and so. well lets make one thing clear: ITS NOT JUST THE WOMEN. in most cases at least. hell, in most cases the women is out supporting the family and the father is the one who gets stuck. there's part of my reason for thinking that. so leave your side of the argument and reason.
EDIT: unless you have actually given birth, you have no right to argue about that subject.

We have periods. Men will never, ever understand how much that sucks. It'll stick with you for most of your life and nothing good comes of it.

Sucks waaaaay more to be a woman.

You are pretty much forced into caring about your appearance whenever you leave the house, periods and of course, pregnancy.

We men are so chill, Hoth is jealous.

I would say being a woman would suck, primarily due to the fact that the convenience of having a penis cannot be understated. Also there's the matter of monthly periods, child birth, and the unending desire for universal social appeal.

I honestly think dudes have it easier.

There was a character from Oedipus who was supposedly transformed into a woman for a bit, and when the Gods asked him which one was better to have sex as (to settle a divine dispute), he said women have it better. I'm not sure about the reliability of that story though...

...that's really all I have to add. No, wait! I have one more thing:

It's much easier for guys to choose formalwear.

No you're not. There's no law against it, no supreme being that's forcing you to do anything really. Anything someone does as a result of society's wishes is just that.

You neglect to mention the number of inconveniences about it though. Getting stiffies where you'd rather not, having some rather sensitive glands exposed, etc., etc.

But yeah, I don't think anyone can really make an argument about this. For everything that affects one women, there's something that affects men, and vice-verse. Menstruation? Try getting kicked in the balls sometime. Pregnancy (which I remind you is entirely optional)? Hernias. Ovarian cancer? Prostate cancer. Breast cancer? Affects both sexes (contrary to the popular belief that only women can get it). Even social evils - higher health insurance? Higher auto and life insurance. Glass ceiling (which 98% of the time doesn't exist)? We have to pay for our drinks and meals (I don't go anywhere with such sexist policies though). Less respect in the corporate and political worlds? More respect at restaurants, bars, clubs, court rooms, prisons, etc.

Everyone quit bitching about how bad one sex has it and realize that everyone is discriminated against somehow.

Periods, child birth, sexual harassment, being significantly more at risk when going places after dark, being second-class citizens in most civilizations until the last hundred years...I think women have had and still do have it worse.

What strange and exotic land do you come from where that is actually the case? I do hope you have a source to support your claims.

Manstruation.

It appears that we've met a stalemate.

But that's your body's way of allowing you to conceive properly.

I know women have periods and whatnot, but the way I think about it, they get to have a few days of "I can do whatever the Hell I want, my VAGINA IS BLEEDING." They get total power for a few days, I mean, there isn't really much guys can do to counter that.

However, guys do have it kinda rough because they have to deal with women while they act like rabid mountain lions.

and here comes the complaining about bleeding twelve times a year. you know, if you bleed a few to times, so what? it means your body is functioning normally. for us men, if you bleed from your penis, it means we have cancer. so be proud you can bleed from down there and not die.
i forgot to mention getting your bob shnarly stuck in your zipper. THERE IS NOTHING MORE PAINFUL THAN THAT. if you women have to pee, big deal, just drop down your pants, bla bla bla and pull the up. for us dudes, its a much different story. you see, us men have to deal with taking bob shnarly and his two bongos out, witch is a real pain in the ass when you are wearing tight boxers. you have to precisely take out the tube, and worry about holding your boxer far away from it.and then there is being in a bathroom with only two urinals. that could get really wired. and then you have to worry about getting bob shnarly and the bongos backstage. if you do it wrong - STUCK IN THE ZIPPER. (english isn't my first language so give me a break if i spell something wrong.)
