I believe women have it worse, for very obvious reasons.
That have already been said 15 times.

Menstruation, childbirth the usual crap.

We get balls that hurt if you kick'em.
That aint so bad.
It has to be worse than childbirth though. How many girls want to have kids? Compare to when was the last time you heard a guy saying he fancied another kick in the area god intended to only be treated nicely.

Speaking as a guy, I have to say I'm glad I was born a guy.

I don't have to deal with childbirth. I don't have to deal with people wanting me just for sex and faking love. I can use urinals. I don't have periods. etc.

Not knocking girls at all, but I wonder how they can deal with all that.

Ive always wondered why people think sexual harasment only happens to women simply because its the only one society treats as a problem. I quit going to the gym to avoid cougars, and I hate going out without a femail friend to keep the random gropings down, Heck last time someone made a grab for my wallet in the university centre, she just went and cried to campus security saying all she was doing was grabbing my ass and it was no reason to shove her away. Long story short I had to take a stupid course, above and beyond the "youre a potential rapist" class i had to take based on my gender.
Also I assume you mean im less likely to be raped when you say "being significantly more at risk when going places after dark" because statistically men are MUCH more likely to be victims of violent crime even when gang violence is removed.
I did not say that men cannot be sexually harassed, and nor did I say men cannot get into trouble after dark (and yes, I was mostly referring to sexual assault in that scenario). I simply said women are more at risk.
and i asked, are women more at risk or do men have to suck it up, Sexual harasment cased filed by men towards women are rare and most involve serious violence most of which is largely tolerated by society, and there are plenty of forms of serious sexual assault that have become commonplace and completely ignored if they happen to men, or even male children.

As a male i would assume Woman...because...child birth must hurt
yeah i dont know what to say here
Ok, but most of the times Men have to deal with the crazy hormone changes, the strange weird ass
things that happend and don´t forget that there´s the husband (most of the times) that has to do all those tasks when the baby is born.

I would say that it´s a draw.

As a bloke on me jujitsu class once said: Kick in the balls is more painful than giving birth. How? When a woman gives birth, she usually wants anohter one snd even if not shes happy shes had the kid. When a bloke gets kicked in the balls, he never wants another one of them.
(And before you say any technical "What if hes a sadist" etc. KAZAMALOO!).

Are you suggesting that women are naturally smarter than men? No, as far as intelligence goes we both have very similar capacities. There are plenty of dumb men and smart women, and plenty of dumb women and smart men. Equality will not be unbalanced by a more intelligent gender because neither is more intelligent than the other.
I am not suggesting that either gender is the smarter, but due to brain lateralisation and the different capacities for various tasks held by those with male-type or female-type brains (incidentally, both types of brains are found in either gender) make the two brain-types good for very different tasks. And the types of tasks that are becoming more common as the human race evolves and society develops are favoured by the female brain, tasks like writing, conversation, political lobby and diplomacy are becoming far more vital to Eudaimonia than, say, mechanical engineering and professional soldiering.

Moreover, in the west especially, the education system favours the female brain, part of the reason girls consistently out-perform boys on school tests is because girls respond far better to the teaching-styles found in American and European schools.

Scientists are now beginning to realise that what the Psychologists have been telling them for years, that Gender is not black and white, that it is a spectrum, may not be quite as silly as they first thought. I may well be male in appearance, but my lungs may well lack a Y chromosome. Different parts of the body often exhibit different gender phenotypes, and more recent studies have found that the ratio of male to female DNA in our bodies has a significant impact on the 'boyishness' or 'girlishness' of our personalities. A builder, for example, might be 60% male to 40% female, genetically speaking, whereas a make-up artist might be the opposite.

You do know that the stuff we menstruate isn't actually blood, right? It's just nutrient-filled stuff that happens to look red.

Historically speaking, and presently speaking women have it harder than men in society.
Historically i agree with you 100%.

Presently, no.
Presently, women are still being degraded, and abused in a lot of countries, you may not see it, and it may not be your country, but it is still happening.
