Some time between 23.00 and 01.00, depends on how tired I am on that particular day.

I'll stay up to between 01.00 and 03.00 on weekends, if there is nothing special the day after.

Sometimes though, I go to bed before 21.00.
Feels damn good to wake up the next morning.

Around 2 to 3 am for me. I always feel sleepy during the day, but when it get's late, I get less tired. I don't know how that makes any sense, but that's how it is for me. This leads to absolutely god-awful sleep patterns.

I used to be around midnight to 4am, depending on what I was doing. Nowadays I go to bed around 9-10pm. =[ I miss my crazy sleep pattern.

When I have school the next day, I try to be responsible and go to bed at 11.
I need it for waking up at 6:30.

Look at that beautiful distribution curve. Ian Malcolm would be proud.

I work after 3 in the afternoon, till about 11PM. So I get out of work, go home play video games or whatever till about 3, then go to bed, repeat.

11-11:30 pm most weeknights. A bit later on weekends. I wake up at 6am, so this gives me around 6.5-7 hours of sleep, which I can live with.

Occasionally as early as 10pm if I'm tired.

Thank god I'm not the only one. I try to avoid staying up till 2 if I can help it, but if I don't keep track of time and force myself into bed, I normally will...

It's good night whenever I say so. It could be 11pm, 3am, or in sometimes even 6am, which at that point "good morning" works just as well.

Usually around 7-8 AM, sometimes later, sometimes a bit earlier (though no earlier than 6). Over the years I have basically reversed normal sleeping patterns. I work evenings so it works out fine.

Iv lived a very unhealthy life up to this point. I used to burn the candle at both ends and get 4 hours of sleep every night. Then I would sleep for 12-14 hours on my days off because I was so exhausted. It catches up with you. Im not at the age where it would yet, but I know its coming, and I know that once I start regretting it, it will be too late to take it back.

Now I eat healthy, train in Mixed Martial Arts, and sleep 8 hours a night. I also quit smoking weed and drink only a healthy amount of alcohol. My mother barely surviving a cardiac arrest, which required a quintuple bypass (in her 50's), and my father dying from a cardiac embolism (in his 60's) was a real wake up call.

Sleeping for significantly more or less than 8 hours is extremely unhealthy, and the same can be said for staying awake for more or less than 16 hours. Too little sleep is much worse, but too much sleep makes you groggy, less alert, and screws up your attempts to rectify your sleep schedule.

When you're 35 and you feel like you're 50 because you have migraines, chronic back pain, depression, arthritis, or whatever else, it will be too late to fix your problems, and you will have no one to blame but yourself.

10pm when there's school the next day, and midnight (-ish) when there isn't

I don't like staying up all night. The computer screen and the dark hurts my eyes.

back in the day 7:30am, I played all night and slept all day... and it was AWESOME!

Now I gotta get my butt in bed by 10pm because I need to be at work by 4am.

Bah life sucks, don't ever get one.

I tend to go to my room and prepare for sleep around 9pm. I'll actually fall asleep around 10pm or 11pm and wake up at about 6:00-6:30am.

This is a result of both work routines and my natural habits. On days off, weekends and vacations my sleeping habits remain the same as above.
