I like girls women that can carry a convesation. I guess I like the white women more specifically but the first is way more important.

Speaking strictly from the majority of "Wow, she's pretty," Asian girls get my vote. However, that doesn't happen with just Asian girls, nor does it happen with ALL Asian girls. If a girl is pretty/cute/hot, my mind takes notice. If she's beautiful (a rare thing), I actually lose track of what I'm doing for a second or two.

As long as you're seeking medical attention. I doubt many women find hemorrhagic viral infections sexy though.
