Skim milk here. I grew up on the stuff, and now I can't stomach most of the other stuff.

I think if I grew up on some other milk, I'd be drinking that all the time instead.

This question insults me as someone who is lactose intolerant, I have no favourite milk...actually that's a lie, I will drink one particular brand of full cream chocolate milk. But I accept the terrible consequences it will have on my bowels.

Whole milk, won't touch that other watery crap unless I've run out of milk for tea and have to "borrow" some of my flatmates semi-skimmed.
Strangely I do like sweetened soy milk as a drink on it's own though.

Thanks to stupid EU regulations, i no longer have a choice. Stores can't sell milk with more than 1.5% fat now, or something to that effect. Fuck that, where can i buy a cow?!

Umm...what? Where do you live exactly? I'm looking at a bottle of 3.6% fat milk right now that I bought yesterday from a major supermarket, so unless those laws have come in very swiftly...

Full cream milk is what whole milk is called in Australia and it's what we get and always have. I personally love the non homogenised non pasturised organic stuff. It adds a level of awesome to baked goods that can't be beat.

What is UHT milk?

Ultra High Temperature Milk

It's sterilized by 135°C for 1 - 2 seconds so its shelf life is about 6 - 12 months. Sometimes eben longer (remember making some stuff for german army which had to be nearly 2 years... yuck...).
As a dairy technician I prefer raw milk. It has the richest taste and wasn't infuenced by heat treatment yet.

Other than that: whole milk. Skimmed tastes like water.
Soy milk isn't exactly "milk" by definition and, in my opinion, tastes like crap. I can't stand it.
