I do prefer whole milk. But since I learned that young kids can't even digest the fat in properly I've curbed my ways and gone for a No Fat/skimmed milk. The brand I drink though, is actually not that bad. Whole milk just dents my attempt at a healthier lifestyle.

I grew up on skim, so that's all I ever drink. My friends gave me so much crap for drinking skim milk at school. The upside is I can chug it easily - I won an eating contest that way.

But I do admittedly put whole milk in my coffee or tea, sometimes.

I have to go with reduced fat, because I like the creamy taste to be there, but I can't stand getting those globs of milk that you get in whole.

Skimmed for me, but that's the parents fault. I prefer Whole milk, but only just, and for some reason I end up getting skimmed anyway out of habit. When I remember I prefer whole though its a world of joy!
