How about some classical opera so that everything seems to calm down whilst you are killing people. Their horrid screams canceled out by the wonderful, yet so very tragic, singing.

Yakety Sax.
Fuck yes!

In all seriousness, UT teaches us that the most important thing about deathmatch music is tempo. You need a beat that fits into the steady roam-kill-loot rhythm of the game.

Which actually makes Yakety Sax a pretty good choice. Plus, the comedic music makes you feel like you're shooting fish in a barrel while everyone else is getting all tense because of the brutal kill-or-be-killed sensibilities of their preferred genre. Only Yakety Sax enables you to butcher your enemies with sociopathic calm while they are all twitchy and on-edge because of their own death metal!

Unfortunately, I don't own any ragtime music, so the 3 gig of metal on my 360's hard drive will have to do.
But ragtime's supposed to be played slowly...

Edit: referring to the youtube clip.

Depends.
when charging the enemy i'll rather hear some LoTR soundtrack or Sabaton, when killing then it's Blade ,queen of the damned soundtrack,Rob Zombie etc.
My music taste is very random.

Music befitting a movie trailer or something, like Unstoppable or Pompeii by E.S. Posthumus is always fun. It makes me feel more epic than usual--even my own deaths sound cool!

For slaughtering masses of baddies...? Metal. Preferably the industrial variety, such as Static-X.
