Poll: What weapons do you use in a game?

I heart explosives. And volatile chemicals. If a game ever allows me saponify something, I'll hug it and also play it.

While launching grenades about is amusing and all, my favorite means of deploying my boom-booms is by setting traps and baiting things in. I'm always looking for ways to use the terrain, and if I'm allowed to move things around, I fortify.

I tend to default to the assualt rifle, but I do love me my sniper rifles.

Assault rifle, single shot fire.

best example Quake 4 did the entire game using the machinegun with scope.

I actually like them all. It totally depends on the mood. But I usually use the good old automatic rifles.

I am seemingly part of the dying breed of gamers who will fight without a stand off distance of at least 50m and a weapon with an eye-piece or scope, my personal style being shotguns, SMGs, miniguns, flamethrowers, chainsaws, bare hands...you get the picture.
