Argonian. Dunno why, but I played as one in both Morrowind and Oblivion, so I'll probably continue for Skyrim.

Actually OP I believe from the lore that Bretons-Imperials-Nords are far closely related to each other than to Redguards. They all share a common ancestor, whereas the redguards appeared on the continent much later.
Though what I'd love is if you could play a mixed race, it's seems strange how everyone is sorted into perfect racial groups. I mean obviously beast people can't mixed. But between the humans and the elf groups there's the potential for some interesting combinations.

redguard scout (light armour acrobatics athletics blade marksman block and somthin else), i find it strange that people pick orks over redguard, mainly because the redguards race power is basically the same as the orks but you dont get staggered every five flippin seconds, and i like being so fast that a bowman can barely notch an arrow befor im slashing his face off (plus when you get to higher lvls its funny to go into third person and watch as your guy tries to run down stairs properly)

I'll probably start as a Wood Elf, because I like sneaking and shooting my way through dungeons. I might try a High Elf too, if the magic system is indeed better than Oblivion's.
Probably a Kahjiit assassin. After I do what I want with him, I'll move on to a nord, with whom I will do the main quest.
How could I possibly select anything other than my glorious Dunmer Telvanni mage-lord? I do love my enchantments and swordplay after all.
Dark Elf. Have been one in every game that's had that choice. If not, I'd be an imperial Human (if that's one of the human classes).

Bosmer Assassin; same race/class since Morrowind and loving it. On a side note, I hope they make the leveling system more interesting...maybe throw in some "perks" or something like they had in Fallout? Never too late to try new things.
