Poll: What Will Your Skyrim Race Be?

I tend to build a custom class that mixed rogues and warriors into something resembling a ranger, so my choices are usually Khajit or Argonian. If I want a fighter with pure brute force, I go with Nord. If I want something with a bit of magic, I go with Dunmer.

Likely either a human race (Imperial probably, maybe Redguard) or a High Elf. I'm thinking making a similar character that I had in Oblivion, (blue) High Elf focusing on marksmanship, stealth, thief skills and some magic (mainly destructive, probably bit of restoration for healing here and there). Basically a bit of everything, but focusing on the long-range assassin style.

But will see. It depends a lot on bonuses and how much I feel like RPing (might be less on the first playthrough)

If Skyrim actually turns out worse than Oblivion, I'll pick a Khajiit... and replay Morrowind with it.

I usually play as Imperial first. Then, if I make a new character, I always pick Dark Elf. I always use swords and Conjuration magic.

I always play as Nord first. And in Skyrim it will even be natural.

Well if I don't play as a Nord the first playthrough it just won't feel right. Otherwise I'll play a stealthy Redgaurd.

well to be dull and so people dont be racist and make me cry... again, I will be a nord, I like the fighting mainly, and nords concentrate on close combat perfect for my style.

Dunmer hopefully. I'll be happy with any class (most likely Spellsword-esque custom class) as long as I can be an awesome Dunmer Dragonborn!

I played as a Nord in Morrowind and my Oblivion character is a High elf. I've got no idea what I'm going to play as when/if I buy Skyrim.

I'm probably gonna start out as a Nord as I usually do. I always liked the Nords because they remind me of vikings, and since I live in Denmark, vikings is a part of our history

Uhh.. it's Skyrim. Half of us (me, at least) are going to pick Nords just because, well, we're in Nordish territory.

I know I will be.

Plus, extra points to END, STR, and extra load capacity is always a winner for me out in the field.

I've probably posted before here but what the heck.

Most likely I'm going to be a Nord Battlemage. A good blunt or blade weapon coupled with a bit of destruction and restoration magic makes for an unbeatable opponent. My next class will probably be one of the Mer, most likely Dunmer, I always liked the Dunmer. For that I'll focus more on magic and sneak with a bit of blade and light armour thrown in for good measure.
