I find it weird that everybody acts like a goody-two-shoes in this thread. I've done it before, I've done it through all my high school, and now I'm in college and am still doing it. As long as you can cover your tracks, you're fine. And you DO get a payoff in the end, contrary to what some might say.

I say this as a 16 year old who completely flunked middle school and barely managed to pull his act together in freshman year.

25 bucks isn't that much, I can probably make that in a day (or if I got a job, even if unnoficial in a couple hours)

If you do this for him, what's to stop him from asking for you to do it again in the future? You risk the teacher noticing these tendencies, or recognising they couldn't of done the project. what if they rat you out?

In the short run, yeah, easy 25 bucks. In the long run, bad for both parties.

Not worth it. Why throw away your good grade for a project someone is actually having to BRIBE you to do (ie I'm guessing he's not exactly a "friend") No, idiots should not be allowed to buy/coast their way through school. Make him do it himself.

Alternatively, do it terribly and say you were teaching him a moral lesson.

For example, "Pictured is a pig which I believe bears a shocking resemblance to our science teacher. Thoughts?" Or "I don't like this animal group because I can't eat them, and they are therefore stupid. Case closed, bitches."

You pocket money, he pockets a life lesson. Win/win, no?

Personally, I hate that kind of thing. I detest it when people try and copy other people's work or try and get you to do it for them due to laziness and the like. If you have no problems with doing someone else's work, do it it's an easy ?25 from the sounds of it.

I'd say no. Maybe offer to help him, but don't do the project for him. If you don't then only he doesn't get the marks, but if you do it for him and you get caught then you don't get any marks on your project either.
